The kitchen, while basic, is highly functional and equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners to enjoy al fresco on the terrace, which has direct access.
The apartment is air-conditioned with a powerful split-system unit in the living area and equipped with fans to keep you cool even on the hottest summer days, and it features high-speed Wi-Fi.
You’ll have a designated parking spot guaranteed for one car on the property—a rare convenience in this area.

Parking
We kindly ask that you park your car exactly within the designated space. The neighbors care deeply about keeping the complex tidy, and parking precisely will help avoid any minor misunderstandings!

The Stairs
The apartment is located on the second and top floor, and due to its layout, there are several flights of stairs to climb. For this reason, the apartment is suitable for guests without mobility issues.

Air Conditioning and Ventilation
The living room has a single split-system air conditioner, but it is extremely powerful and capable of cooling the space effectively. In the other two bedrooms (the second double and the single), you’ll find practical ceiling fans. Furthermore, thanks to its enviable location, the house always enjoys a pleasant and refreshing sea breeze.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is currently the simplest and most dated area of the house. It is, however, perfectly functional for quick meals, but we want to let you know that we’ll be replacing it very soon to offer you an even more comfortable experience.

Tourist Tax
Please note that the Municipality of Portovenere charges a tourist tax of €3 per person per day, applicable only for the first 5 days of your stay. Children under 16 are completely exempt.
