With two separate units, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax, spend time together, and enjoy some privacy when needed. It’s a great choice for families, extended families, or groups of friends traveling together.
The bright and comfortable living spaces are designed for relaxing after a day at the beach, while the private balconies are a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, an evening drink, or the views of the Mediterranean.
Guest Access:
The guest will have access to the two separate apartments.
The Neighborhood:
Set in the peaceful Achziv area, the apartment is close to Achziv Beach and National Park, with Nahariya and the Western Galilee just a short drive away.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for exploring the area, while local taxis and public transportation are available for getting around Nahariya.

Mandatory ID & Israeli VAT Requirements
1. Government ID Requirement
In accordance with Israeli law, we require a copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to your arrival.
2. Value Added Tax (VAT) & Tourist Exemptions
By booking this property, you agree to pay an additional 18% VAT, which is applicable to Israeli citizens as required by law.
Foreign Tourists: You are exempt from this tax. To claim your exemption, you must provide a photo of the B2 tourist slip received at passport control upon arriving at the airport.
3. VAT Payment Process
If the 18% VAT applies to your reservation, it will be collected either through the booking platform's payment center or charged directly by our property management team, depending on how your reservation was processed. We will provide you with the exact payment steps if this applies to your stay.

No Smoking: This is a strictly smoke-free property.
No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or large gatherings.
Noise Levels: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times.
Pets: Pets are not permitted unless prior approval is granted by management.
Energy Conservation: Please help us conserve energy by turning off the lights and AC/heating whenever you leave the property.
Extra Bedding: A crib or extra folding bed is available exclusively upon request. Please arrange this with us in advance.
