This home is located in a residential area, in a cul-de-sac. The home is tucked back from the road and it is quiet and private. There are a variety of stores and restaurants just 3 minutes up the road and Hampton Beach and Portsmouth are both within 20 minutes of the house.

Welcome to our home! This large home boasts 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are suites and we can comfortably sleep 10 guests in our home. The open kitchen and living space make family meals a breeze and the basement complete with foosball and ping pong tables is sure to entertain the whole family. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing, with a seasonal pool, gas grill, and large patio space. Enjoy lawn games and swimming right by the house, or take a walk out to the back of the property where we have a dock right on the Squamscott River. Our home is perfect for small families with babies or older kids, people visiting nearby family, or parents visiting their kids at the local schools.
