A clean, comfortable place for up to 4 guests in the Montrose/Upper Kirby area of Houston. Includes free parking, fast Wi-Fi, a kitchen for cooking your own meals, and all the basic essentials for an easy stay. You’re just a short drive from the Museum District, Rice Village, the Galleria, the Medical Center, and Downtown, with plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops, and bars nearby. Works well for couples, small families, friends traveling together, or anyone visiting Houston for work.
1. No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are allowed in the property.
2. Observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must keep music, conversations, and other noise at a reasonable level at all times.
3. Smoking, vaping, and use of tobacco/cannabis products are prohibited inside the property. Any applicable outdoor smoking area must be used only if specifically designated.
4. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight unless prior approval is obtained.
5. Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations caused by themselves or their visitors, subject to the applicable booking/channel policy.
6. Guests must follow check in/check out instructions and must not tamper with locks, security devices, alarms, or other property equipment.
7. No illegal activity or behavior that creates a safety risk, disturbance, or nuisance to neighbors is permitted.
8. Pets are allowed only where the specific listing/channel policy permits them and any required fee, restriction, or approval is satisfied.
9. Guests must respect neighbors and the building/community rules applicable to the property.
10. Violations may result in additional charges, cancellation, or termination of the stay where permitted by the applicable platform and law.
