The flat is ok, but more style than substance and without the basics even for a 2 night stay.
Location was good
The flat was for 5 people.
However, there was not enough cutlery, crockery glasses or cups for even 4 people - eg only 2 spoons.
No washing up facilities ie no liquid, brush, tea towels, sponges etc.
No dishwasher as advertised
Not enough chairs
TV didn't connect to internet
No coffee, tea, sugar, etc
A washing machine, but no powder/capsules provided
Broken toilet seat
No bath mat or hand towel in bathroom
Insufficient hand wash and toilet paper (1/2 a roll) for 4 people 2 nights!
No where to store/hang clothes
Access to the free parking was restricted to the supermarket opening hours, so you couldn't take the car out between 8.30pm and 7.30am
There were other things too, including crumbs in the bed!
The Property have responded by saying "The price tag reflects the level of quality of the apartment - the property itself is a budget accommodation". We paid £164 for 2 nights which is not budget.
This clearly is not how it is listed - "Beautiful 2 Bedroom Apartment..."
In addition, Terry (the property contact) is dishonest. I spoke to him within an hour of arriving and he promised to address everything the following morning. Needless to say, I didn't hear from him again and despite trying to contact him repeatedly, he didn't accept my calls.
