My studio appeared to be one of 3/4 located directly below the owner's residence. Basic, clean, budget priced accommodation. Air conditioned and adequately equipped for a short stay.
Negatives are the sound proofing and the location. The walls between the studios are paper thin. I was woken by departing guests at 5 am. The location involves a short, steep, tiring clim from the centre of Cavtat. Not ideal if you don't have transport and you're arriving with baggage or returning after an evening meal.

Nice location, appartment was fine
It had doors to the next appartment, which were all properly closed, but the sound travelled through them completely. I could follow our neighbours conversation while they were whispering.

No mucho…
Para empezar, no es un apartamento como dice ser el título de la publicación. Es una especie de hostel con muchas habitaciones con baño privado, pegadas unas a otras y separadas por una puesta (todo lo que hablan en la habitación continua, se escucha). Para llegar al alojamiento, tienes que caminar en pendiente hacia arriba MUY pronunciada. No es apto para cualquier persona. La mesa que hay en el apartamento es pequeña como de balcón, dos personas no pueden comer ahí. No te dejan ni siquiera una escoba para limpiar, vives en la mugre mientras estés ahí. No te dejan shampoo ni jabón ni un agua en la heladera para cuando llegas. La anfitriona responde después de horas y sino tienes que tocar timbre y hablar con una señora que no habla inglés ni ningún otro idioma que no sea croata o sea que es difícil comunicarse. Te dicen que puedes dejar las maletas después del check out si tienes vuelo más tarde, lo que no te avisan es que las maletas se dejan en un hotel que está en la línea del mar y tienes que bajar con tus maletas 700 metros en pendiente hacia abajo (imposible). Solo dejan un rollo de papel higiénico (nos hospedamos 5 días, dos personas). No tiene lo suficiente para estar cómodo y el precio es muy elevado para lo que ofrecen.
