Seagrove Beach is the slower, quieter side of 30A. The sand is the same sugar-white and the water the same clear green, but the beaches here don't fill up the way they do a few miles west. Vacay All Day puts you a short walk from the nearest beach accesses, and the six-seat golf cart parked out front brings the rest of the coast within easy reach. Inside, the main floor opens into one big, bright great room. A linen sofa and two armchairs face the TV, and doors lead straight out to the porch and pool. The dining table seats eight, and the kitchen beside it has granite counters, stainless appliances, and a four-stool island where someone can snack while someone else cooks. The primary suite is on this floor with a king bed and its own bathroom. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa that sleeps two more when the group runs large. Upstairs is where everyone else settles in. A second living room with its own TV, three armchairs, and another queen sleeper sofa for two gives the kids a place to spread out with a movie or a deck of cards. Two more king suites each have a private bathroom, a fourth bedroom has a queen, and the bunk room sleeps four in twin beds. The five bedrooms sleep 12, and the two sleeper sofas bring the total to 16 guests. Four full bathrooms and a half bath keep the morning rush manageable. Step out to the covered balcony, where a ceiling fan, lounge seating, and a small dining table make a good spot for morning coffee or the evening breeze. There’s a washer and dryer on each floor, so beach towels never pile up. Out back, the private pool has Adirondack chairs and an umbrella for shade. Fire up the gas grill, eat dinner at the outdoor table, and gather around the fire pit once the sun goes down. Covered porches on both floors offer shade any time of day. Eastern Lake, one of the coastal dune lakes this stretch of Florida is known for, is just a few minutes away on foot. Head east and you'll reach Deer Lake State Park, with its long boardwalk and wide, uncrowded beach, about two miles from the house. Alys Beach and its white-walled streets sit just past it. Seaside and WaterColor are under three miles west, with shops, cafes, and plenty to wander, and Grayton Beach State Park isn't much farther. The paved Timpoochee Trail runs along 30A for easy rides between them all. There's parking for four cars, or you can take the golf cart. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - This rental comes with a 6-passenger golf cart/LSV. A signed liability waiver is required before the cart is released for guest use. - Private heated pool: Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $150/day from October 1 to May 1. 24 hours notice required; 2-day minimum to add this feature.
