The house has everything that you need. All windows have protection against mosquitos. The terrace is large and has two tables, a barbecue a loungearea and sunchairs. We couldnt park directly by the house bescause the entrace was to small but you can reach the car by stairs. The contact is very friendly, gives tips and advice for a perfect stay. we had a wonderful week and especially the view over the old town and harbour is breathtaking.

We had a great time in Olgas house. The house itself is great, well equipped and clean. The terrace is really huge and offers an outstanding view at the harbour of Sanremo and of course the Mediterranean Sea. We highly recommend the house!

The house was everything we had hoped it would be: Clean, spacious and a huge terrasse with an amazing view. It was every bit as lovely as in the pictures in the ad. The hostess is so nice and helpful; she took us to the supermarket the first day, offered us water when we first came, always answered questions very quickly, and is generally a really lovely person. Also speaks English very well, so if really easy to communicate with. We really appreciated that there was a selection of spices, salt, sugar, a bit of tea and coffee, so that we didn’t have to buy all these things for just a short stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything one might need, including Bialetti coffee makers.
The house is situated on hill, with a pretty steep path down to the town and beaches; this is not ideal for young children or if you are in bad shape. However, for athletic teenagers - as we have - or adults in reasonably good shape, it is just a bit of extra exercise and not a problem at all.
We enjoyed our stay in Sanremo immensely and would certainly love to come back.

We had a great time in San Remo. The apartment was lovely and the terrace is spectacular. It matches, and in our opinion is better than the online description. Olga is a great hostess, always contactable and very helpful. We would recommend it.

Perfekte Kurzerholung
Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben und sehr schön sowie komplett ausgestattet. Das absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse - einfach phänomenal. Die Schwester der Inhaberin, die sich um das Objekt und die Gäste kümmert, war super freundlich und zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder genau dort, wenn wir wieder nach San Remo fahren. Hinweis. die Zufahrt ist für größere Autos eher schwierig, und da eine längere Treppe hochführt, daher nicht für Personen mit Handicap geeignet (außer man hat ein kleineres Auto zum Hochfahren). Für uns war die steile Treppe kein Problem, aber das muss man bedenken. Die Terrasse und Blick entschädigen für dieses kleine Manko aber komplett, man will gar nicht weg von dort und der Wahnsinnsaussicht! Nochmals ganz lieben Dank an Laura für allles! Grazie mille.

Bezaubernder Ort
Frau Olga ist eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder. Das Haus ist gross und die Aussicht von der Terrasse atemberaubend. Mit einem grossen Auto kann man leider das Haus nicht erreichen; die letzten 100m muss man zu Fuss zurücklegen. Jedoch hat Frau Olga unser Gepäck mit ihrem Auto gefahren. Der tägliche kurze Fussweg vom Haus zum Auto hat uns nicht gestört. Wir können das Objekt weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful stay in San Remo
We had a great stay at this great location. The house was larger than we had expected and very cosy and clean. It had all we needed and a breathtaking view over the city.
As our car was too large for the small street we had to park down the hill and had the every day challenge of climbing the 110 steps up to the house. But a little sports in the vacation is not too bad.
Thank you Olga and also Laura for taking good care of us.

Traumhafte Aussicht
Objekt wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, perfekte Betreuung durch Olga, für ältere ungeeignet, da die Treppen sehr steil ist und man mit einem etwas größeren Auto NICHT bis direkt vor das Haus fahren kann, da der Weg zu eng ist, Das Gepäck wird allerdings von Olga mit ihrem Kleinwagen transportiert.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit toller Aussicht
Die Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen!!!
Wir waren 10 Tage mit unseren beiden Kindern dort zu Gast und haben uns sofort Wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Betten sind bequem und die Bäder sind sauber, modern und geräumig. Die Kommunikation mit Olga war super einfach und sie hilft wirklich wo sie nur kann.
Für 6 Personen ist die Wohnung vielleicht etwas eng aber mit 4 - 5 Personen ist das absolut die richtige Größe. Die Anfahrt ist das Einzige Häkchen an der Sache. Es ist wirklich steil und wirklich eng (1,40 m breit bei 25% Steigung). Man kann aber von der anderen Seite bis ca 50 m an die Wohnung ranfahren mit dem Gepäck hilft Olga einem sofort in dem sie es nach oben transportiert. Dort angekommen wird man aber dafür entschädigt mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf den Hafen.
Der Ort Sanremo ist klein aber fein. Es gibt alles was nötig ist auch wenn das Parken im August dort ein Problem darstellt. Aber der Weg zum Stadtstrand ist ohne weiteres zu Fuß machbar.
Wir hatten wirklich einen tollen Urlaub und können die Stadt und Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Olga!

It is up the hill from the busy town / water which is a good thing. Very quiet and peaceful. You will need a small car if you want to use the driveway. You can park down the hill the stairs aren't overly burdensome..

Location de grande qualité parfaitement équipée, notamment au niveau de la cuisine.
Vue dominante très agréable. Stationnement possible dans la cour de la maison en passant par chemin étroit (sens unique) accessible avec Grand Scenic Renault. S'il fallait mentionner un point d'amélioration, ce serait au niveau de l'arrivée irrégulière d'eau chaude dans la douche du haut. Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Laura, très à l'écoute de nos besoins et remarques. Merci pour ces bons moments passés à San Remo.grâce à vous.

Der perfekte Abend mit Blick auf Stadt und Hafen
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht für einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung zu sorgen. Die Kommunikation fand in englischer Sprache statt und hat sehr gut geklappt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, so dass man sich gerne dort aufhält. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub dort benötigt. Besonders die Terrasse ist hervorzuheben! Dort kann man wunderbare Abende verbringen und den Ausblick auf die Stadt und den Hafen genießen.
Die direkte Zufahrt zur Wohnung ist allerdings nur für kleinere Fahrzeuge zu empfehlen, da die Straße doch recht eng ist. Wir hatten mit unserem Van es erst gar nicht probiert. Dafür kann man in der Parallelstraße gut parken, wobei dann 101 (recht steile) Treppenstufen zur Wohnung zu bewältigen sind. Auch da war Olga sehr hilfreich und bot uns den Transport unserer Koffer mit ihrem kleineren Auto sofort an.
Zusammenfassung: Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schön mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir bedanken uns bei Olga für ihre herzliche Art und ihre Unterstützung, wann immer wir sie brauchten. Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Terasse ist ein Traum. Alles ist vorhanden und sehr sauber.
Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist eine Herausforderung, da die Strasse sehr eng und steil ist. Mit einem VW Passat dürfte es fast unmöglich sein bis zum Haus zu kommen. Man kann dass Auto aber auch unten parken und hochlaufen. Die kleinen Mängel wie defekter Toaster oder ein Gasgrill, der nicht zündete, spielten nicht wirklich eine Rolle. Satellitenfernsehen nur in italienisch. San Remo eignet sich wunderbar für Ausflüge nach Monaco, Nizza oder die Berge. Leider ist diese Region eher bekannt für seine Steinstrände.

Es war einfach nur perfekt👍👍
Wir waren nur einmal überrascht wie alles gepflegt ist. Alles war sehr sauber und die Terrasse ist einmalig mit dem Blick über die Stadt und den Hafen. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und helfen wo sie können. Sie verstehen aber kein Deutsch, englisch ist kein Problem.
Die Stadt Sanremo ist ein einziger Nudeltopf, Mopets ohne Ende und Verkehrsregeln sind für sie nicht da. Parken geht nur am Hafen auf dem bezahlbaren Platz, aber sehr günstig.
Zum Baden sind wir immer nach Taggia gefahren 7 Minuten durch den Tunnel. Dort ist Sandstrand und Dusche
Hinter der Stadt gehen die Berge los und Ausflüge dort hin sollte man unbedingt mit dem Auto unternehmen, sonst verpasst man was.
Von Taggia nach Aggaggio kann man im angestauten Fluss baden was ein Erlebnis ist.

Super Unterkunft mit grandioser Aussicht
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Haus ist toll eigerichtet, sehr viele nette Details. Zudem wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und auch schon im Vorfeld sehr gut bezüglich allem Organisatorischen betreut.
Durch den geräumigen Wohnbereich und der riesigen Terrasse war das Haus perfekt, um sich nach einem Ausflugs- oder Strandtag "zuhause" aufzuhalten.
Das Haus ist von der Lage etwas vom Zentrum entfernt, wir haben zum Strand und in die Stadt immer das Auto benutzt, es gibt aber einen Großparkplatz in Zentrumsnähe, so dass das kein Problem war. Für die Zufahrtsstraße zum Haus braucht man anfangs allerdings starke Nerven (und am besten keinen Bus), aber nach zwei, drei Fahrten ist man selbst Profi. :)

Tolles Haus mit super Lage
Schönes Haus mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung und grosser Terrasse, auf der man die Sonne bis zum Abend geniessen kann. Der Blick auf Hafen und Meer ist grandios! Zu Fuss ist man in 30 Minuten in der City.
Olga und ihre Schwester Laura waren stets hilfsbereit.

Superbe panorama sur la baie de San Remo
Le lieu idéal pour un séjour à San rémo, un petit coin de paradis qui se mérite, en effet la maison se situe sur les hauteurs de la ville, on y accède par une belle montée mais rien d'insurmontable. Une fois sur la terrasse de la maison, la vue, le calme, la beauté de l'endroit vous combleront de plaisir. Il ne manque rien au niveau équipement de la cuisine, salle de bain ou autre. J insiste sur la terrasse qui est vraiment le gros point positif , très grande, du mobilier très appréciable et en quantité.
Pour terminer je tiens vraiment à remercier Laura qui nous accueillie avec toute sa grande gentillesse, un vrai plaisir de rencontrer une personne serviable, souriante et qui dégage une " vraie " gentillesse. Merci Laura les vacances réussies c'est un bel endroit, mais aussi c'est grâce à de belles personnes dont tu fais partie. Ciao !

Tout est parfait
Une semaine passée avec un enfant dans une maison agréable en retrait du centre ville.
Vous êtes pris en charge et accueillis par Laura qui est aux petits soins pour vous. La vue de la terrasse (immense) est magnifique. Tout est conçu pour passer un excellent séjour en famille.

Dejligt hus i rolige omgivelser. Terrassen er super lækker og huset er fuld udstyret.
Ejeren, som bor nedenunder, hjalp os med at få vores bagage op til huset i sin egen bil. Vejen til huset er for smal til større biler. Du kan gå ned til byen af en meget stejl sti - bil er nødvendig til indkøb. Super dejligt hus med alt udstyr og gode senge.

Excellent séjour
La maison est très belle la terrasse très agréable avec une vue splendide. La maison est très bien équipée et très propre, nous avons eu un excellent accueil par Laura d'une grande gentillesse. L'accès autoroute est tout proche ce qui est très pratique, un seul bémol c'est un manque de pression d'eau. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.

We spent our holidays in this beautiful apartment and were just happy to stay there. The apartment is very nice, clean, spacious and charming - like in the pictures. The apartment has everything you need. The owner s of the house are very kind, friendly and helpful.
Everything was so nice that we did not want to go home... The magic terrace was our resting place every day and we enjoyed the view to the seaside from it....amazing!
The moments we will never forget in San Remo and we will come back for sure!
