The people, it was fun. And the location is very good !

The room was disorganised and a little bit dirty

The staff were exceptional. Helped me set up my bed (I gave a disability and find bending very painful). They were also very friendly and interested in my well-being. The atmosphere was brilliant. Full of young travellers. I was lucky to be there on a night one of the guests had their birthday. Great music, excited, happy guests. Bed was very comfortable.. Due to my disability I had to use my walker to sit on in the shower, but worked well.

The high steps into the rooms, but they are necessary due to Broome's habit of flooding during the wet season.

Location staff

Shower room needs sprucing, up garden needs a tidy, mattresses are not thick enough uncomfortable ?

So many wonderful people with so many events on. Everyone was very welcoming and you always had someone to go party with Staff were friendly and easy to talk with If you want a party its fantastic but if you don't then don't stay as it is loud from the bar next door Showers and toilets are standard, nothing special but nothing wrong with them

No real communal area other than kitchen which was full of people and loud from cooking/tv/conversations Never felt particularly clean, however my room was supposed to get cleaned on Tuesdays and I left before then My bed wasn't very comfortable, pillow was large and bumpy (used towel instead), metal bar running through middle of the bed and air con pumping on me all night and they only give you a sheet A lot of long term backpackers who all know each other now, often a bit lax with locking doors, cleaning up after themselves etc
