Café da manhã bom com variedade de frutas, pães e bolos.
Localização boa, bem próximo a São Jorge e pontos turísticos.
Equipe de atendimento muito simpática.
Janela do chuveiro do banheiro não possui cortina e apesar de ser alta, dava vista as pessoas de fora verem quem estava utilizando o chuveiro.
O chuveiro muito ruim pois jogava agua para todo lado menos no centro. Poderia ser um estilo de ducha com jato bem direcionado.

Café da manhã excelente, preparado pela Nierte com muito carinho. Ótima piscina com vista para a montanha da Baleia.
Como ficamos hospedados na parte dos apartamentos, fez falta o ar condicionado. Certamente valorizará o local a instalação do ar condicionado. Embora, a noite, o ventilador de teto conseguiu manter o apartamento confortável. Não é uma crítica. Apenas uma recomendação.

Alem de ser muito bem localizado, o local é organizado, limpinho sempre e a equipe é muito acolhedora. A vista pro morro da Baleia abrilhanta mais ainda o ambiente, que por si só também já é incrível. Piscina sempre bem cuidada, café da manhã maravilhoso. Ao lado do Rancho tem almoço típico, o que facilita a vida de quem não quer se deslocar de lá. Ida pra São Jorge e pra Alto Paraíso tranquila saindo de lá, menos de 20 min p cada lado.

The pool and the views are nice. Breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The rooms we booked were not great compared to the other rooms with view of the mountain. Despite the hotel being empty during our stay, and our request for an upgrade, we could only do so by paying a significant difference in price. Furthermore, it was difficult to see where the hotel was from the road, I suggest the owners invest in some road signs. Moreover, it is not possible to have lunch or dinner at the hotel. Lastly, the road was quite loud from our room.
