Comfortable, peaceful sleep. Great Air con! Really nice, upbeat staff and well-equipped kitchen / living room. I had a great time here. Enjoyed the peaceful location on the backstreet

Friendly, great location close to Hasedera and Kotoku-in. Nice to have dining area with shared refrigerator. Quiet.
The stairs might be steep for some people.

The location was perfect, but Hase is not that big so everything feels very close.
Even though the room is described as with private bathroom, it only has a small sink and a shower, while the toilet is actually shared! I think this should be made clearer in the room description on booking. We wouldn't have booked this room for 24,000 yen had we realised it had shared toilet. Luckily, we were only staying for one night.
