I was a bit worried about booking accommodation in New Delhi because so many hotels seem to have fake reviews, but this is the real deal! It is a lovely, family-run guest house in a safe and quiet street (the area has 24 hour security). The rooms are basic and a bit dated, but comfortable and very clean and the price is also reasonable compared to other hotels in the city. The owner and his daughter are super helpful and friendly, and always on hand for whatever you need, whether related to your stay or just general advice. We also loved the home-cooked breakfast in the common area and the staff were great. I would definitely recommend Grace Home and I’ll stay here again if I’m ever back in Delhi!

This is a nice guest house in the Saket area. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when back in the area. Sanjeev, the owner, greeted me on arrival. He and the staff were very pleasant throughout my stay. The high ratings drew me in and it's obvious why they have been so well-reviewed for so long. It's very close to the Metro for quick access to other parts of the city. It was easy to get Ubers to and from the property as well. The little kitchen on my floor was a nice feature, with a kettle, other cooking implements, and filtered drinking water.
The wifi was good when downstairs, but sketchy upstairs. It was sometimes a little better in the floor's common area, but almost non-existent in the room.

The staff were so kind and helpful! I am very appreciative of their help and guidance during my stay. I loved that they would ask about my night and how I was doing. So caring!
The facility is not updated or refurbished- the room I was in had opening around the AC - allowing outside air to come in. It was not sealed properly and the AC itself did not have working buttons. There is mold build up in the rooms - which one can tell when one enters (sinus issues) - there are no air purifiers in any of the rooms- a must for Delhi residence. The pillows are worn and the beds very hard.
