Villa Marina is a stunning detached 3 bed villa, perfectly located on a quiet cul de sac in a gated development. It is just 3 minutes walk to the best sandy beach in Coral Bay and within walking distance to all amenities. A complimentary welcome pack is provided to all guests and there is air conditioning in all rooms and is included in the price. Beach towels as well as indoor towels are also provided for your convenience. WIFI is available on request. We can also offer our guests a range of massage and beauty treatments within the comfort of the villa as well as a mobile hairstylist and gourmet catering for that special occasion. All available on request. The villa is beautifully furnished and offers luxury and comfort throughout, with attention paid to every detail to ensure the perfect holiday. The open plan living/dining room is bright and spacious with flat screen Satellite TV (with all the main UK Channels) and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect to find at home. The master bedroom has a king size bed, luxury en-suite and a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the fantastic sea views. If travelling with infants, a cot, highchair and Avent steriliser are provided free of charge. The villa's tropical garden really sets it apart. It is particularly large as it is situated on a bold corner plot and is very private and secluded with tall hibiscus hedging around the perimeter. It is a place where you can relax and unwind on comfortable sun loungers with extra thick cushions, while your children play on the large area of lawn or in the private pool (free toys and inflatables also available). The pool is always kept in an immaculate condition and has a shallow and deep end to suit all swimming abilities. There are graduating steps built into the shallow end of the pool which makes it much easier for young children to enter safely. There are 2 large patios with comfortable furniture for alfresco dining and a traditional stone BBQ for the warm summer evenings. As the villa is on a cul de sac, there is no through traffic, so you can allow your children to run wild in the garden knowing they are safe. Coral Bay is perfect for families as its beaches are safe and clean with warm shallow water. All the nearby restaurants are welcoming and very child friendly. The 5 star Coral Beach Hotel and the Thalassa Hotel are just a 3 minute walk where you can indulge in their wonderful Spa treatments. Horse riding, fishing, go-karing, tennis, scuba diving and other watersports are all available close by. Three excellent golf courses are within a 20 minute drive and Paphos Harbour and town centre with its historic harbour and museums is less than 15 minutes by car. Paphos airport is a 25 minute drive. Therefore, car hire is not necessary unless you wish to explore more of the Island. Car hire can be arranged on request. There is also a bus stop just opposite the entrance to the development with a regular service into Paphos town centre and Aphrodites Water Park. The famous Troodos mountain range is a 2 hour journey. Villa Marina offers the perfect holiday for families and couples whether you are looking for fun filled days or quiet ones just by the pool. We make special arrangements for honeymoon couples to ensure their stay is truly memorable. All our guests are very well looked after by our fantastic property managers for whom nothing is too much trouble. The Villa is set in a lovely area with a homely overall feel. There are many good restaurants nearby and a fantastic supermarket for supplies if you prefer to cook at the Villa.
Avakas Gorge is well worth a visit, wear sturdy footwear and be prepared for climbing!
We had a minor issue which we reported to the owner and it was swiftly dealt with and it in no way affected our holiday and our group hope to return again next year.

Had a wonderful week in Cyprus, and this villa was just the perfect base.
The villa had everything we needed to create an extremely comfortable home-from-home experience, and the location couldn't be better especially with only a 5-10 minute walk to the local beach.
Marina was the perfect host, and provided everything you could possibly need in advance, information wise, to make the whole experience from check-in to check-out as stress free as possible.
The abundance of balconies and the outside pool/garden space were a particular highlight for us; and I am already missing those chilled morning cups of coffee sat outside in the warmth especially when the UK is so particularly miserable at the moment weather wise.
You don't need a car to enjoy your visit as Coral Bay and its numerous bars and restaurants is only a 25 minute stroll away; but as driving in Cyprus is so easy (being we are from the UK) and we love to explore this is something to consider especially if you want to discover the 'real' Cyprus and don't want to use Public Transport.
Highly recommend the villa and would not hesitate to stay here again if we were ever visiting the beautiful island of Cyprus.

A great villa, immaculately presented and really well located for immediate amenities. We used the villa as a base and went off exploring some of the days with rest days in between at the pool. A superb holiday and I hope it won’t be the last time at Villa Marina

We loved our stay at Villa Marina. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that well behaved, but we still managed time in and around the pool. Very private pool area. We didn’t have a car this time as we wanted to relax, so if you don’t mind walking, everything is on your doorstep (sort of). Marina - you are one of a kind, have honestly never had such a wonderful host. Andrea is a great addition to your team, always available to help and advise. Great location, lovely villa and very private garden pool area
Lovely villa, very happy with our choice. Fully equipt kitchen with everything you need, 3 great sized bedrooms, although the sea veiw from the master bedroom is obscured by the trees from neighbouring garden.
The pool and garden were fabulous and very happy with how secluded the garden is, very private and no one overlooking.
Everything you need is catered for, good location, would definitely book this villa again

Another satisfied customer
The first thing to say is that communication with Marina deserves 10 stars. Never before have I come across such a responsive owner - never had to wait more than a few minutes for a reply. Likewise Rebecca and Terry who manage the property on site were also really helpful and went out of their way to assist us with the special needs we had. The accommodation is as described and as shown on the photos. Our only issue was with one of the shower curtains which was stained (albeit clean) and this was replaced with a new one as soon as we mentioned it. Sadly, we had to leave after only 4 of the 7 days we had booked for personal reasons - we would gladly have stayed longer.

Home from home!
We are just back from an amazing holiday in this villa. We couldn’t fault anything - spacious, well equipped and with a generously sized outside space and pool.
Location is quiet but beach and several places to eat and drink are within close walking distance.
The owner clearly takes a lot of pride in the property and would do anything to ensure that her guests have a fabulous holiday! Would definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend this villa we always do villa holidays and have sometimes been disappointed but certainly not on this occasion!!! We have 4 boys and this villa ticked every box for us. We will certainly return and want to say a big thank you to the owners! We had an amazing holiday after such a difficult year for everyone around the world with Covid and for us the loss of my mum in Covid we needed the escape more than ever and it was well worth it. We are sad to be home but will be looking at our next adventure to Villa Marina!!! xxx thank you.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Cannot review the property yet but can say how well we have been treated by Marina under the current situation with covid19. When the pandemic struck we were due to visit the villa, Marina made sure we got credited and moved our holiday to 2021 with no money lost and at no extra costs to us. Can't thank her enough for making it all stress free with her professionlism. Can't say the same for easy jet, still waiting for our flight refund!

Hidden gem
Honestly, the villa was fantastic! I visit Cyprus 1-2 times each year as I have family there, so the place is a known. However getting a good villa is always an issue, they look good in the photos and description but when you get there the photos are old and description not really aligned. Villa Marina was not, it was even better than the photos and it is no wonder they have 5.0 from 122 feedback. The local property manager clearly is very professional and knows her stuff because the place was presented beautifully, small things make huge impacts. Location was perfect for us, with my family and friends in Lower Peyia as well as proximity to the Coral Bay strip.

Great winter break
We had a great holiday and the villa was just as we had hoped. The welcome pack was very good and helpful as we arrived late in the evening.
A nice villa in a great location, very attractive gardens and plenty to enjoy both locally and with the hire car.
Mikka was helpful and kept in touch during our visit. It was very helpful to be able to check out early in the afternoon as our flight was not until 21.30, so this made the last day more relaxing.

Absolutely delighted
Just returned form a 2 week stay at Villa Marina. Wonderful, clean and spacious property ideally located. Marina was a wonderful host, being very responsive and more than happy to arrange airport taxis (to/from Larnaca), recommend car rentals, places to visit, eateries etc. Mikka looked after us whilst we were there and was easily accessible. Some wonderful restaurants within walking distance, otherwise the 615 bus will take you to the Coral Bay ‘strip’ and onwards directly into Paphos. Otherwise, good local taxi firms available. Villa is an ideal base from which to get around the western side of the island. Having a car for the entire holiday enabled us to get into the mountains and other places of interest. Hiring an off-road buggy to drive into the Akamas peninsula is a great fun day, as is renting your own boat for the day from Latchi watersports. Clearly the two highlights of the holiday apart from all the wonderful restaurants locally. Porto Antico (5 mins walk) was our favourite! Back to the villa, couldn’t fault it in any way. Pool was lovely and warm, the air conditioning very effective (especially at night!), kitchen was fully equipped as described and beds very comfortable. No grumbles from my family (wife, and two 20+ daughters) although they would have welcomed a full length mirror. Highly highly recommend this villa not just for the villa itself but also the super friendly support and availability of Marina. Thanks Marina!!

Amazing villa, fab location, perfect holiday
Communication with Marina is brilliant. The villa is perfect. Location is great. 3 min walk to the beautiful corallia beach. Beautiful restaurant, Porto Antico is 10 min walk (right at the end of the road) but also the option of getting a bus €1.50 per person to the coral bay strip which has loads of restaurants and bars to choose from. Another highly recommended restaurant is Orinos by the sea, this is a 5-10 drive and is well worth a visit but arrive early, I would guess about 5pm we arrived at 7 and had to wait for 40 minutes but it was worth it for the food, cocktails and views/sunset. We have never hired a car and manage fine but we did hire a buggy for the day from Golden rides opposite Phillipos supermarket, this was a great day out. Horse riding was also brilliant at George's Ranch, again a cab ride but only 10 mins. Paphos zoo was also a morning out and we all had an amazing time here. The free bus to the zoo runs from the end of the road. I highly recommend Villa Marina, Marina and Mikka were so helpful, we appreciated the welcome package, a lovely touch.

Immaculate holiday villa with every home comfort
This is a beautiful, immaculate, spacious and well equipped villa with all mod cons and an extremely private well tended garden with pool within a short stroll of sandy beach, restaurants and the 615 bus into Coral Bay and Paphos. We particularly appreciated all the different seating, reclining and eating areas, inside and out making our stay very comfortable and relaxed. Thumbs up also to the wide steps into the pool and inflatables. Marina and her manager couldn't have been more helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending this villa for a wonderful hassle free holiday.

Fab Family Holiday, Fab Villa!!!!
First of all Marina if I could give you 20 stars I would, your communication and effort is top notch, thank you!
The villa interior is spacious, nicely laid out, well equipped and very comfortable. Air conditioned bedrooms were a joy in the heat and the choice for a/c downstairs was the right thing.
Outside the villa is a lovely pool, sun beds + brolly, grassed area and various seating/dining areas (always somewhere in the shade). The kids were delighted with the selection of inflatables and also that there was enough space for them to kick a ball about (I think there may still be one in the hedge, sorry 😂�) The villa is private and the road outside quiet as it is access only. Also much to the kids delight an ice-cream van came around in the afternoon!! Normally we wouldn't spend many days at our villa but head to the beach - this holiday we were happy to relax at our pool, the location was so pleasant.
We used and enjoyed both the local beaches but found better snorkelling at Agios Georgios (turtle!!) and on the rocks below Aphrodite Baths. We loved DaVinci for Gelato, Yummie Yummie for take away kebab/pizza, Sea You for sunset and a hearty dinner. We also ate a few times at Seriani on the main strip - staff were friendly, good with the kids and the fish was fresh, well priced and bbq'd to perfection, yum! The big waterpark is a great day out but there are a few 'mini' waterparks at some of the Paphos hotels which are also great fun, especially if your kids are still a bit younger (mine are 7 & 9). We went to the one at King Evelthon Hotel.
All in all a great holiday with a real mix of fun things to do in the sun and a fantastic place to call our home for 2 weeks!! Thanks Marina!!

Amazing family holiday!
Just returned from an absolutely amazing family holiday from this beautiful villa. We’ve had such a blast and made some terrific family memories. Perfectly located to the main strip where you’ll find plenty of places to eat and drink, a beautiful beach and stunning scenery. By far the most private property on the complex too. A whole new world
Our second stay at this absolutely amazing breathtaking villa. So many wonderful and beautiful memories made here as a family. Every detail in the pictures is what you get simply stunning. Fantastic area lots for the kids there is everything you need and more! Everyone is so kind and friendly and the service you get from Marina is absolutely superb. We will be back again!

A top class holiday villa!
Without doubt the previous reviews of this villa could not be more accurate. It is very large, well maintained and in a first class location.
It is within 200 yards of the beach where you find the bus stop for buses into paphos. The owner Marina could not be more pleasant and helpful from my initial contact when booking the villa. Likewise any problems during your stay are immediately dealt with.
Unfortunately we like many other holiday visitors were let down by visiting in January during the worst period of weather Cyprus has witnessed during the past 30 years. However please don’t be put off by this because the few days of weather we did have during our stay was warm showing what it is apparently like under normal circumstances.
To sum up A1 accommodation. A1 communication just a shame we had no control over the freak weather we encountered. So many thanks Marina.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday in Cyprus
We had a had a fantastic holiday in marinas villa
This villa is perfect weather like us you want to relax or you want to use it as a base.A typical day for us started with me chasing the polar bear out of the pool ( boy that waters cold in October) then a 5 min walk to the supermarket for fresh bread and newspaper then basically chilled by the pool . Then either went out to eat usually at the hole in the wall ( quiz night on Thursday) or a night in watching telly ( who new there was so many cooking or dancing shows )
5 days in we turned the tv to find we had every sport and movie channels you could wish for, i felt a bit like joey in friends when he got free porn and didn’t turn the tv of for days ( don’t worry marina we didn’t do that )
This villa was just perfect for us and hopefully we will be back one day

We Came, We saw, We returned.......
Villa Marina
The wife and I came out last September, for just a week to stay,
For the first time at Villa Marina, in the beautiful Coral Bay.
The sun it shone all week, we had great food beer and some wine,
So we pledged to return this September, but for at least TWO weeks this time.
We loved our first stay it was really great, but this year was even better, So I thought I’d write this cheesy little poem, or maybe, is it feta??
The Villa was how we remembered it,
a proper welcoming home from home,
Close to the lovely beaches bars and restaurants, to whence you can easily roam.
There was just me and the wife, (no kids, what bliss), but there could’ve easily been more,
In fact there are three comfortable bedrooms, so room for at least another four.
There’s a DVD player and satellite TV, if "British Bake Off" you can’t do without,
And plenty of good books in the villa, into which you can bury your snout!
The pool has been relined and looks great, with new steps as well put in,
It looks even more inviting than it did last year, which in my book is a definite win!!
The sun beds are just so comfortable; many a lunch time snooze was had,
And the sun never leaves the gorgeous garden, for which I’m sure you’ll all be glad.
But watch out for the non-stop sunshine, it’s really awfully strong,
You could get some serious sun burn, (trust me!!) if you stay out in the sun too long.
As well in the garden there’s a Cypriot BBQ, we used it once or twice,
Kebabs on the grill, a cold Keo in hand, it was really awfully nice!!
So all in all what more can I say about staying in Villa Marina, Coral Bay,
Just the biggest compliment I think anyone could give, “We hope to be back one day!!”

Absolutely Amazing
We have just returned from a 2 week holiday here to celebrate my 40th birthday and my daughters 12th birthday. We arrived late at night and as we entered the villa myself and my daughter were pleasantly surprised to see gifts and cards left for us on arrival! Barry came round the next morning and he was lovely he also told us to not hesitate to get in touch if we needed anything. From the very start of booking this villa Marina has been fantastic and so helpful and made sure everything went smoothly for us.
We went to Cyprus 2 years ago and stayed in a hotel and while this was fine we have all much preferred going to a villa. The villa itself was extremely clean, very spacious and had everything you could need. The pool and garden area is secluded which was brilliant we had many a lazy day around the pool and are missing it already!
We hired a boat for the day from George's watersports at Latchi which was really good fun! We also went to corallia beach which was nice and quieter than Coral bay, we went into Paphos a few times and went to the medieval castle. Other than that we spent most of our time relaxing which was just what we needed. The kids absolutely loved the villa and spending all day in the pool and having BBQ's at night and of course going on gecko hunts!
Lots of happy memories have been made!

Perfect relaxing holiday
This is a beautiful villa, that is completely private compared to surrounding villas. It is clean and has everything you would need, it was a real home from home. Barry and Elaine (the managers) are very helpful and answered any queries we had immediately.
Marina (the owner) was excellent to deal with when booking the villa, she kept me informed of everything I needed to do and arranged all the transfers so there was no stress for me.
It is a short walk to the beach of Corallia Bay and a 5 minute bus ride to Coral bay. The buses are very regular and you can get them straight to Paphos and then onto wherever you want to go.
We ate out every night and can honestly say we didn't have a bad meal, everyone was very friendly and the taxi service excellent for the trips back to the villa from our nights out.
We were looking for a relaxing holiday and I can honestly say that's exactly what we got, we were not one bit dissapointed and were reluctant to have to leave after our 14 days. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Magnificent and stunning villa in ideal location
Villa Marina is perfect for a quiet and totally relaxing holiday. Situated on a secluded estate, one of the toughest decisions we had to make, while eating breakfast on the large patio, was to either relax around the Olympian swimming pool or stroll down to the beautiful sandy beach less than five minutes away. If, like us you decide to explore more of the Island there is a frequent and reliable bus service to Paphos and the Harbour, with onward connections to the whole of Cyprus.
The interior of the villa is outstanding. A large fully equipped kitchen leads onto a comfortable lounge and dining area. Upstairs there are three large bedrooms one ensuite, and a family bathroom. Each bedroom has a balcony overlooking the stunning landscaped garden.
It only takes five minutes to walk too a large well stocked supermarket, though it is a little pricey. Fifteen minutes further walking brings you to 'The Strip'. This is the heart of Coral Bay. There is a large Hypermarket here with a free return journey to help you with your heavy shopping. You will find a variety of great restaurants and bars here.
Marina, the Villa owner is fantastic and very helpful. We recommend you ask her to organise the airport connection it is easier and cheaper. Also if you are arriving late in the evening book a welcome pack, you can't beat a cup of coffee after a long journey and free inflight drinks.
This is the best Villa we have stayed in and we will definitely be returning.

We are back home safe and sound. We had a great time and really enjoyed all the comforts of your house. The house was lovely and you will be pleased to hear we were very well looked after by your property managers. They made regular visits to make sure we were OK and it was a good opportunity for us to get some local knowledge and information. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful and they made sure all was in order as far as the house and garden was concerned. For what it's worth, I think they are doing a very good job for you. The beaches across the road were perfect. The pool at the house was superb and we spent some time just relaxing in the garden by the poolside - it was lovely. We would like to return at some point in the future and will keep an eye on the website for available dates.
