Apartman je dobro opremljen i čist. Jako blizu centra, pješke manje od 10minuta. Parking mjesto je bilo osigurano. Domaćin je bio jako ljubazan.

molto rumoroso, poca privacy, si sente tutto
i proprietari gentili ma non hanno saputo darci consigli sulle spiagge vicine o sui ristoranti
bagno molto piccolo con doccia poco funzionante causa calcare e non particolarmente pulita

La struttura si trova in un tranquillo quartiere a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. I proprietari ci hanno accolto con grande calore, sempre disponibili e mai invadenti. A noi ci è stata affidata una casetta staccata dalla struttura: ideale per due persone, comoda, pulitissima, cucina ben dotata di stoviglie e attrezzi, letto molto comodo, TV satellitare e climatizzatore!
Ultima nota: parcheggio auto nel cortile interno.
Peccato che il soggiorno sia durato pochi giorni!!!

Overall, our stay was okay. The location was very convenient, with the old town of Rovinj just a pleasant 10-minute walk away, including a slight uphill section. Having parking on the property was a plus, although the parking spaces were extremely tight and required careful manoeuvring.
Unfortunately, the apartment could have been better maintained. The toilet seat was broken and unstable, which was actually uncomfortable and potentially unsafe. We were also unable to close the toilet door properly, which was quite disappointing.
With a few maintenance repairs, this could be a much better place to stay thanks to its excellent location.
