Nestled in Antibes, this lovely villa for $458 per night is a great option for your next break. The villa rests in an enclosed park with a guard. It is a short walk from the Juan-les-Pines pine forest and from Crouton Beach. The plot is planted with trees. The inside boasts four bedrooms, of which three are doubles. There are two 160-cm beds and three 90-cm single beds. The lounge has a flat screen TV with a DVD player. You can find a dining room, a WC, and a bathroom. The house is so lovely, brought up to date with everything you need, but still full of its original details and charms. In this quiet, private neighbourhood, it's easy to pretend for a week that you've time-traveled and that you'll bump into F. Scott Fitzgerald and his comrades when you wander out. Easy walk to beaches, town, Antibes, everything. And the house has anything you might need. Bliss. And Marie is a dream to deal with, she manages everything parfaitement.

Superb communication and a very helpful attitude from Marie, the Villa Manager, who is charming. The villa is in the most perfect location to walk into Juan-les-Pins and the pool is in the sun all day with a beautiful garden. Plenty of space for the family to relax and everything was just perfect. A 10 minute walk to the station gives easy access to Cannes, Antibes, Nice & Monaco.

We had a wonderful stay at this property which is a short walk to all the beaches, restaurants and shops of Juan-les-Pins. Marie could not have been more helpful, organizing taxis, restaurants etc and super responsive to all of my questions both before and during our stay. The pool and garden are particularly special. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful visit. Marie the host was so helpful and gave us a warm and friendly welcome. The villa is incredibly well equipped and we wanted for nothing. The main bedrooms are light and spacious with plenty of storage and hanging space. The villa is near the heart of Juan Les Pins but far enough away to have peace and quiet. Make sure to note that the pool is not actually heated which would not be a problem in peak summer- we braved it a couple of days but the Med ( a 10 minute walk away) was much warmer at this time of year. All in all, a wonderful stay in a beautiful villa. 5 stars! Thank you Marie.

We loved Villa Rose de May. It was large, cool and spacious. The pool was excellent and the kitchen well appointed. Dishwasher, cooker and fridge-freezer were all modern and large. The ice and cold water dispenser on the freezer were so welcome! The garden wraps round the property which was very secure with electric vehicle gates on one side and a lockable pedestrian gate on the other - only downside was that there were a lot of mosquitos - bring your own repellant, it's very expensive in France:) -The house itself had an alarm and good locks on all doors. The pool was a good size and was used a lot. The manager's husband came twice during our stay to check and clean the pool - we were there for 10 days. The manager Marie was on hand at all times by phone for any queries. It is not far to the sea - about a 10 minute walk - but uphill on the way back and it was very hot during our stay, so we only went to the beach early in the day. A car would have been useful but we didn't have one, we eventually rented an electric scooter which was a godsend as we could then reach the supermarket (Casino) more easily - this was a 12 to 15 minute walk away. Overall we had a wonderful stay, our only slight disappointment was that we hadn't realised that the charge for the property didn't include a covid deep clean at the end - 200 euros and linen/towels/beach towels etc - 160 euros which seemed quite expensive and had to be given in either euros or a cheque on our arrival. However, this may have been in the details and I just missed it! We loved Villa Rose de May and would go back in a heartbeat!

Fantastic Holiday
Beautiful villa with all you could ask for from a holiday location. Fully equipped and a lovely quiet location yet close to all amenities. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children and we all have agreed it was the best holiday location and villa we have stayed in. Marie, the host was very welcoming and made our stay just perfect. As we are regular visitors to Juan les Pins, we will return. Thank you Marie.

Malgré la qualité de la maison et de la propreté. 2 problèmes majeurs: piscine non chauffée (contrairement à ce que disait l'annonce ce qui avait été un critère de choix pour nous) et problème de salubrité lié aux remontées d'odeurs permanentes issues de la fosse septique. Un dédommagement serait le bienvenu.

Wonderful property in a great location. The garden is beautiful with a sweet pool that's perfect for the weather. The house is well equipped and well kept. Walking distance to a nice local beach.
Communication is easy and the host is very responsive.

Massimo relax e pace a pochi minuti a piedi dalla movida di Juan le Pins molto apprezzata dai ragazzi. La casa ha tutto quello che serve ed uno spazio esterno godibilissimo e completato da una piscina generosa e ben tenuta.

Geräumiges wunderschönes Haus in sehr exklusiver Lage. Sehr zentral gelegen und doch ganz ruhig, den ganzen Tag Sonne und viel Platz. Alles ist sehr gut zu erreichen, leider nicht zu Fuß oder wenn dann nur entlang langweiliger zugemauerter Straßen.

2 weeks with a family of 6...was perfect
We stay in Antibes every summer for a week or two. This year we wanted more space, a pool and some quite time at the end of the day but still walk to nice public beaches. The home worked well for us. We had no issues with the house but a few questions and they were very helpful for checkin and during our stay. At one point we had a sick baby and even got a doctor suggestion! Great time, great location in a very well kept and updated home.

My family stayed for a week in this lovely villa in a great location in Juan Les Pins - an easy 7 mins walk to the local restaurants and bars and the beach too. the Villa has great facilities - including a lovely pool in a beautiful garden. the bedrooms were well appointed - I highly recommend this place. we had a wonderful time at this beautiful and calm place. Everything was just fine. Specially Jean-Jaque, the caretaker and manager of the house, was extremly helpful and caring and succeeded in trying to make everything perfect at any time.
