About this house rental
Casa Collina is a charming stone house built from rustic materials in the traditional Italian style with beams made from chestnut wood and terraccota tiles on the floor. The house has a breathtaking position at the top of a ridge with a full view of the valleys below. The house consists of a big kitchen/dining area and a small cosy living room with an open fireplace. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. Furthermore, it is possible for two people to sleep in a sofa-bed situated in the living room. On the first floor there is a large balcony. Outside there is a large covered terrace and a swimming pool, which is open in the summer season. Casa Collina is fully insulated and has a central heating system, which means that it also is suitable for stays outside the summer season. The house is placed in quiet surroundings near the little village San Terenziano, but not in any way isolated. The perfect place for a family holiday or a romantic get-away.

This home is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, welcoming and has lovely views especially at sunset on the terrace, to speak nothing of the relaxing pool. The home is very well equipped. It’s close to a nice town with everything you need in San Teranziano and centrally located for short day trips to Todi, Bevagna, Spoleto, Orvieto, Montefalco among others. Jan Erik is an excellent host, responsive and very helpful. And Sylvia is also incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations and anything you need to know about the home and the area. This home is special place in the Umbrian hills.

This is a wonderful two bedroom house in the best part of Italy: Umbria. We just left after 10 glorious days. House for four of us couldn’t have been better. Host and reception exceptional. Highly recommend.

The house was incredible. It's nestled in the hills of Gualdo Cattaneo in Umbria. Breathtaking views of hillside towns and valleys. Peaceful and quiet. It has a large, well-equipped kitchen and cozy seating area. The hostess, Silvia, was wonderfully responsive to all of our communications and needs. We would definitely stay here again. It was a dreamy experience.
