Experience a stay in a palace within a charming seaside village in Italy.

Wonderful renovation of a historic property. 5 star decorating and the room size is outstanding. The terrace was fabulous. Love the high ceilings and cleanliness of the room.

Hotel can improve with small amenities like tissue boxes in the bathroom and an extra blanket for the bed. The high ceilings make it difficult to warm up the room on a chilly night.

Great value for money, wonderful staff.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The breakfast options were amazing. Location was excellent.

The “blue” room is quite dark and small but the other room we stayed in with small balcony was lovely and bright.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location

This is a lovely hotel with a lovely soho house vibe roof top. We were able to use the pool in the sister hotel a few doors down which is beautiful. Our room was very nice with very high ceilings. The staff were very helpful. Gallipoli is a fantastic place to visit and the best city beach of all places on our tour and it is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. You can rent loungers and parasol for 15 euros for 2 people and it is lovely for swimming.

We were very confused by breakfast which was funny little tapas style dishes that weren't explained to us how it worked beforehand. The trick is to order a selection and try lots of things but we preferred to get a coffee and croissant in a cafe nearby for our remaining days. The bathroom is large but there is nowhere to put anything and I had to put my washbag in the bidet! It needed a chest or a shelf at least.

Superb property, beautiful architecture, located in the centre of town (2 min walk to the Duomo), fantastic staff, and superb experience overall. The roof terrace in the main property has splendid views of the sea at sunset, coupled with great cocktails, it’s the place to be.

It’s seems the hotel is pretty new and numerous adjustments are still on their way

The decoration is very beautiful and room comfortable, very clean. Good localisation

We book at palazzo presto and they moved us in Palazzo Flora (their second building) without informing us. It’s was surprising with a good one, the swimming pool, and bad one, the room were smaller than the ones the pictures. Also, at the end we have to pay for the taxes when they say “taxes included” in the global price announced. We went to seven different places and and it was the only one which do that.

While our stay on the top floor near the rooftop initially brought some weekend vibes that were slightly disruptive, we were pleased to find that the hotel promptly addressed our concerns once we brought them to their attention.

It was very nice!

The location was amazing and the hotel itself is very cool and lovely! The daily breakfast was very good with a great selection and the staff was amazing!

The property does not have designated parking so we had to park in the paid/free down by the port. It was extremely difficult to find a spot in the evening when we returned from daily outings. In fact, one night, we circled for close to two hours until we were able to obtain a spot. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing and exhausting for us after being out all day touring in very high hot temperatures. The hotel realizes this is a big issue. Our room had a few repair issues that should have been dealt with before our arrival.

Position was great service fantastic pool was brilliant Although located in sister property roof top bar and drinks were brilliant

Only one air con worked second bedroom one didn’t work No natural light as the only window we had fronted the entrance so no privacy from all the guests entering the lobby if open

A lovely stay

- Location was amazing, in the historic centre. A public parking is located on the port, at 5mins by foot. - The Palazzo was well decorated - Our room with a privative terrace was incredible. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice. - There are two terraces where you can have a drink, and you have also sun-beds. Unfortunately, the weather was bad during our stay (rain + wind)....

- The breakfast was average...

Excellent rooms, amazing staff, great location and wonderful food

Rooms were very spacious and exceptionally clean, we were in the rooms away from the main building which were super quiet. Excellent location and the staff were all absolutely lovely. Breakfast was amazing, we also had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Bar in the main hotel wasn't open on weekends, would have loved to have a drink at the hotel during sunset.

Fabulous boutique hotel very centrally located

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, in a central location. The breakfast is excellent with all the pastries the best in our 2 weeks here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. we were given directions, extra coffee, restaurant recommendations and offered towels for the beach just steps away.

Comfortable, friendly hotel in great location

Great location, friendly staff and very impressive room.

The drapes behind the head of the bed were stained and looked dirty which was very disconcerting and made the room feel unclean. Shame, as aside from this everything else was great.

The bathroom for our room was lacking in shelf space, and it was a bit dated. But the shower was good!
