The moment i walked into the entrance of Palazzo Senape I was swept away by its historical beauty. My room with a view was spectacular. Spacious, elegant, and comfortable. I felt like a princess 👸
Gabriella the hostess was top notch! Although it was a self check-in, Gabriella was always available via WhatsApp for any questions/concerns and she was often at the accomodation. The highlight of my days was breakfast on the rooftop terrace with the most beautiful views!! The breakfast was excellent and our hostess and her sweet daughter were delightful. I did not want to leave.

The staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. And Aramis was delightful! The bed was comfy & a great shower. The beach was a 1 minute walk away.
No fruit at breakfast for a couple of days as the melon didn't arrive but maybe other fruit could be offered.

The amazing views from the breakfast area and the lovely terrace for use by guests, just outside our room. Being two minutes walk to the beach and the old streets, full of bars and restaurants. The vaulted ceiling of the old Palazzo in the bedrooms. Very characterful. Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing not to like. If I had to suggest something, maybe more fruit and savoury choices at breakfast.

Location was very good. Breakfast terrace and terrace off triple room was a good size. Lady serving breakfast was lovely and friendly.
Disappointed with size of triple room for which we paid a lot extra for. Same size as standard double but with terrace. Breakfast lacked cheeses, ham and really just covered the basics. Air con could do with upgrading. Ended up being forced to pay 70% extra for our rooms due to shockingly bad communication with the property. Had to rebook room and spent nearly 10 days trying to resolve issues with this property as we prepared to travel. Very dissatisfied with the communication and especially the price we ended up paying for this peoperty when we booked at a reasonable price the previous year.
