Ok this is overpriced fur Asia but for Philippines to get a massive clean room, lots of toweisls freindly welcome and electricity deserves a high rating

Very good

The staff went out of their way to grant our request, ie very early breakfast (before opening) as we had to catch the ferry. More importantly, I left a valuable watch behind. Thank you to Elisa who sent it back to me via courier! Truly appreciate safekeeping of the watch and the effort to send this to me. Again thank you to the staff of Birmingham!!

Clean friendly staff. New hotel good location nice pool and views

Still under construction and there is lots of banging during the day. Also what was included in our breakfast changed in middle of our stay.

Exceptional

Nice location and good infrastructure. Got to meet the owner and her daughter that usually live in Manila. Very nice people.

The weather was awful but we ate delicious pancit that we could order from the staff. So we didn't have to go outside to look for a restaurant.

Not what I expected!!

We enjoyed our breakfast and coffee every morning 🌄

Broken windows not latching. Hearing too much noise from the outside. Ants and one cockroach when we moved to room 6. So I bought bug spray and that seemed to help. Bathroom floor always flooding from using sink. Once again lacking hot water and water pressure in shower.

That the staff was always accommodating when we asked for hot water, water bottle filled up with water or a cup with ice.

I didn't like the windows not being able to close. Kept hearing outside noise and being woken up during the night. Didn't like my plastic utensils being taken by the cleaning staff. Those were not theirs to take. Didn't like the bathroom floor always getting wet from taking a shower. Didn't like not having hot water every day to take a shower.

Superb

Its a very nice small hotel with an amazing love of decoration. The whole house if full of native filipino art. Something you do not expect in this area.

Just 2 suggestions. Please get wifi into all rooms not only on the reception area. And change the description. The rooms have no balcony - but that does not really matter as you have a wonderful pool right in front of the ocean.

Good stay. Nice to sit at night next to the pool.

Food did take a bit long being served. Probably cause it is made on the other location of Birmingham. Further not everything was in stock what was on the menu. But in general a good fair hotel with decent staff and a nice pool, also for kids. Hotel is a bit overpriced but the best what the city of Allen has to offer. We would book this hotel again.

The cleaning staff also had a loud talk outside my window at 7am.

Very good

Nice place. Very near fast cat terminal. Good food.

Glass walls/windows need heat reduction film as it takes time to cool the room despite the blackout curtains. Option for early breakfast for travellers.

The aura of the place is great. Especially the owners art collections. My room has a view of the ocean. The food was great

Breakfast and Pool was very nice. Would you like that you serve not only San Miguel Light beer. :) Nice place and super friendly staff!

Superb

the staff are so welcoming, the ambiance was just perfect for my need of study and concentration. The pool was bonus.

The staff will talk behind your back when I dripped some water into the nice floor when I left the pool going to my room.
