תלוי באיזה חדר ישנים

היינו שם לילה אחד ואחרי כמה ימים חזרנו שוב לשני לילות. בפעם השנייה היה לא טוב. חדר ישן, שבור בלי מרפסת בלי נוף לבריכה. שילמנו אותו דבר לשתי הפעמים וקיבלנו חדר הרבה פחות טוב בפעם השנייה

Niceley decorated lobby and reception area in general, good location, valet parking included without extra cost.

Internet did not work in the room. The shower sprayed water everywhere, and shower space was reduced.

Unfortunately we booked based on the pictures and trust me the pictures lied. Super dated hotel

The hotel room(s) were extremely dirty the beds were hard as a rock the shower nozzle was rusted out. The electricity would go in and out of the rooms and and ac was a joke like having a tiny fan .! the staff was horrible they did not want to fix anything the pool had tons of bugs and tree debris in it. The nosiness for the doors closing in the middle of the night was horrible and key cards for room doors never worked. Super out dated. You would that it being in such a good location it would be nicer but unfortunately that was not the case . Would not recommend

Walking distance to the Plaza de Zapatos, Feria de Leon and the stadium.!

There is no smoking on the property this was not stated before booking room! The pool was slimy and was not treated or cleaned during the 3 days I was there I especially booked at this hotel for the pool!

A cozy colonial Mexico corner in the middle of the city

Nice environment, swimming pool , free indoor parking, good breakfast all included in the rate.

Asked twice to have someone unlock my room safe. Nobody did.

Disappointing and in need of repairs

The room was clean. The lobby and reception area are beautiful, but that's as far as the luxury went during our stay.

So disappointing! I stayed here with friends during the Hot Air Balloon Festival, and so the hotel was very expensive. We were only there for one night. When we arrived the reception was not particularly helpful. Our room had little furniture. Most notably, the headboards on the bed had torn leather. When we arrived, our room didn't have any toiletries and we had to request that they bring some. On top of this, the shower head was so calcified that the water could hardly come out and was going in all different directions. These are things you don't expect to find in a room at a supposed four star hotel!

Location was good, close to shops bars, footbal stadium and bus station.

We arrive late at 1am after a storm had meant our flight was diverted and delayed. Once we checked in we got to our room to discover the whole right habd side of the room was flood with dirty muddy water. Despite informing reception of the state of our room, no one came to clean. We complained the following morning and eventually at 12:30pm a cleaner had mopped the floor. Other issues with the room: loo didnt always flush properly, no soap provided, towels were frayed and had holes in them, there was mud and grass in the shower and plug hole, the tv remote was missing its power button.

Good location, noise isolation in rooms not good at all.

The open areas, the reception and the pool are nice.

There was a lot of noise, you can hear everything happening outside the room. Since early morning the staff was passing with small cars out of the room, through the hall, and it was very noisy. There were small bugs 🐜 in the bathroom, the shower 🚿 water flow was terrible. Parking accessibility is very tight along the 3 levels.
