O lugar é realmente muito bonito. Bons restaurantes, apartamento muito bom, confortável e amplo, com uma sacada bem grande. A praia e as trilhas são muito legais e vale a pena aproveitar. Com sol, dá pra aproveitar em qualquer estação do ano. Estacionamentos amplos e próximos dos quartos. Sistema de transporte interno é bom. Tem farmácia, e posto de saúde para o caso de alguma emergência. Próximo à praia dos ingleses, que tem uma grande rede de comércio.
A área das piscinas é pequena e extremamente barulhenta. A piscina interna não foi dimensionada para a quantidade de hóspedes que o resort comporta e basicamente só as crianças conseguem usar.
O serviço de praia é ruim. Não ajudam com os guarda-sóis nem com as cadeiras, que são de madeira, velhas e bem pesadas. Difícil não sair com uma farpa na mão. Não tinha nenhum atendente na praia, e tive que buscar a bebida no bar da piscina.

The food and the beach were great
The swimming pools were small and dirty, people drinking and eating inside the pools.
There was noise everywhere. They had notices telling you to disconnect and connect with nature but with so much noise I could barely connect to my thoughts. There was loud music in the restaurants and the swimming pools.
It was very hard to have a conversation in the restaurant because of the noise and music.
People in other apartments with speakers listening to loud music as well.
We always needed to remind the staff to clean the room. We would call the cleaning crew before 10 am and when we came back the room wouldn't be ready.
In addition, in a very busy week like Easter, they were making repairs.
In addition, this is a family hotel, there was a beer drinking competition.

I liked the friendly staff, the beautiful scenery and the shows at night
Unfortunately I got food poisoning at Costão do Santinho Resort. I had diarrhea for 10 days after eating pasta with shrimp at one of the restaurants. So, it was an unpleasant situation.

The staff at the restaurants were fabulous. The beach was lovely and clean. The childcare staff were great and lovely.
The comments are not a reflection on the fabulous staff at the restaurants. The conceige services weren't so great. A shuttle didn't wait for us, I passed this feedback on, but nothing was done or closure on the issue. No iron in the room to do my own ironing, had to get in touch with reception placed in queue and long timeframes with others, which was not ideal and an extra cost. It is usual for basic amenities like an iron and board in a hotel room. There were no coffee or tea facilities in the room either, you had to go to the main restaurant etc.
The cocktails were limited, the wine by the glass was terrible. We bought bottles instead.
I would not choose an all inclusive normally, but I was there for an event so we had to stay on the premises.
