Limpeza e tamanho acomodação
1.Tv não sintoniza nenhum canal, e não existe também nenhuma instrução pra tv.
Quando estava na recepção, ouvi vários chamados para recepção por a tv não sintonizar nenhum canal.
2. Na manhã seguinte, chuveiro não esquentava agua, ao contatar a recepção disseram q estavam esperando o funcionamento da manutenção chegar. Depois ligaram dizendo q um funcionário traria a chave de outro quarto pra eu ir tomar banho.
Chegando ao quarto, já havia sido usado o banheiro.
Ao reclamar na recepção, funcionário nem tomou nota da reclamação e tão pouco passou à gerencia. Ai que parece esses problemas são rotineieos e já não dão importancia.
