L’amabilité du personnel, le studio avec la kitchenette, la salle de bain spacieuse
Pourquoi interdire de fumer sur le balcon ? Du moment qu’on ferme bien la porte-fenêtre aucune odeur ne rentre dans l’appartement. Et sur le balcon on est en plein air. Où est la gêne ?

Overall it was very good. A spacious studio with a large bed. The breakfast was a buffet and was also very good. The appartment block was also quiet and was not near any major road. The underground car park was also OK and accessible by lift from the appartment block.
We had great difficulty finding the hotel-appartments. My car GPS situated "la rue de la Mare" in the middle of a field and we turned in large circles for about 40 minutes before the GPS finally found "la rue de la Mare" . It would be much better in the booking to indicate that the appartment block is situated about 500 metres from "La mairie de Saint Arnoult" as my GPS had no difficulty locating "la mairie de Saint Arnoult".

Great value for money, we stayed just one night, but it was just ok.
The bed was clean and comfortable, otherwise nothing luxurious but very useful.
The breakfast is not really worth it.
