I would have given a score of 9/10 despite some hotel amenities unavailble. but because of the lady staff that was a

The score I gave was for the Filipino receptionists in the morning. The evening staff should take from them, they are warm and accommodating during our check out. They are the one that made our stay worthy, cause I was so ready to give a 0 score. I also love their hot tub, it’s modern and clean.

EVERYTHING else! 1st the FRONT DESK! the “white” lady on duty at around 1630 on 03/27/2024 , she is dismissive, unaccommodating, and unhappy. she looks miserable of her work! she does not want to be bothered or probly just pure lazy! the other front desk who i checked in from is okay but with same unhappy and un motivated persona .. they made me feel like i bothered them greatly by checking in and asking 1 short question. Too bad I forgot to get the name of the lady who obviously don’t care about the hotel as reflected from her attitude cause I passed by the lobby many times and she has the same annoyed mood. For what youre paying, no bottled water, no slippers, no toothpaste. Fans are going on and off, its annoying! disturbs your sleep.

Awesome!

Hot tub, room, balcony, view from room, location, staff and breakfast. Everything was awesome!

No microwave in the room but they do have a community microwave for anyone to use. However, for the price, it was amazing value for money because hot tub, sauna, room, breakfast and staff were very nice.

Beautiful ‘new’ feel hotel with everything you need on a family ski trip!

The rooms are bright! Love the split rooms The open foyer and cafe inside the hotel is very convenient!! Great hot tubs!

No hay espacio suficiente para estacionar, tuvimos que dejar el auto en la calle y pagar un pase de CAD 21 que pide el estado

Great hotel in good location.

Great room with good view. Good breakfast and cafe facilities. Pleasant outdoor seating. Great pool and hot tub.

No bar facility in evening.

Nice hotel but lacking in facilities.

Good location near the town centre but far enough away to be quieter

Lacking in facilities. No bar or restaurant only a breakfast room and a daytime coffee bar. Also no ironing facilities in the room.

Definitely a thumbs up for us.

The front desk receptionist Joel was very helpful and accomodating. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. We had an excellent stay at the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were great, rooms clean and spacious and the views and walkability were perfect!

I really enjoyed the walkability to restaurants, transit and the grocery store. Our room had 180 mountain views looking over Banff Ave and the staff were excellent. At all service points, the staff were knowledgeable, professional, helpful and kind in their greetings.

Not much to say here, everything was great. Two points for improvement: Two bottles of water in the fridge would have been a nice touch. The days reached 28-30C while we were there. The beds were clean and comfortable however the pillows were a bit fluffy for my liking so to have a set of flat and a set of fluffy pillows (rather than all 4 fluffy pillows) would have been ideal but overall as mentioned above, the staff were great, rooms clean and spacious and the views and walkability were perfect.

Exceptional

The rooms were refurbished with modern amenities. Bright lights, clean washroom with some natural shower gels. Great location. Parking available. Good spread for a breakfast, especially the warm Oatmeal with walnut ,maple syrup and cinnamon.

Being banff guess the rates are slightly on the expensive side.

not worth it, but beautifully designed.

room were clean and interior design was beautiful. I asked for a step for my mom for climbing the bed, they brought and it solved our problem.

About breakfast, definitely didn't worth, when entered to breakfast area, they asked what drinks you want, when I asked for two, they acted shocked, disrespectful in my opinion. Breakfast was not good. I totally recommend go with a hotel without breakfast, because lots of beautiful cafes out there for breakfast.

Convenient for a short stay

- prime location, walking distance from everything on Main Street in Banff - hot tub outside - comfortable

- have to go outside to get to your room so be careful if with children etc. - the room was not the room we had selected online. - requested for the sofa bed to be made up and it wasn’t done

We were quite pleasantly surprised by the value and extra touches at this property, we will certainly be back.

rooms were clean, location was excellent, breakfast was satisfying, amenities were valuable additions (coffee in room & hot tubs in particular)

Lovely hotel with a beautiful courtyard and Friendly staff.

the staff was very friendly and kind. having the inner courtyard with hot tubs is really nice and convenient. the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

in order to access rooms from the underground parking you have to go through many doors. with hauling ski equipment up and down it made it more difficult to navigate through the hotel to our room. rooms are still quite pricy for a 4day stay.

The location to downtown

Breakfast could have had a little more flavour as nd selection. Elevators are tiny that it's hard to maneuver in our stroller. Parking is horrendous, small parking lot and always full. Bed and pillow not comfortable

modern rooms, central location, hot tub, new sauna and breakfast included.

the central heater is very loud, so if you’re a sensitive sleeper this may be bothersome.

Amazing hotel

We loved the hotel. The room was incredible and was the perfect place to rest after some busy days in the mountains. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect - just out of the busy area of the town but close enough to walk everywhere. Thanks!

The only thing would've been more options for breakfast. Especially veggie options. Very small thing though.

Great stay

Came to celebrate our 12 year anniversary. We got upgraded to a premium room. Was so nice of them. Great check in. The room was very large and comfortable. Bathroom was great, I loved the big shower. Free Breakfast was very good. Walking distance to everything. Perfect location
