Great location, parking, wildlife visited, shops near by, excellent complimentary shuttle service, bar opposite.
When cleaning, as they leave door open mosquitos would come in.
Patterned floor makes it difficult to see how clean it is. Bring slippers.

Great location slightly on the edge of town but only c. 15 minute walk to main town area. Room was spacious and nice to look out into the courtyard garden. Nice facilities to use at the “main” hotel The Canoe over the road on Banff Ave. the hot pools were superb with a great outlook over the mountains
We felt that the pillows were uncomfortable and hard but it didn’t detract from a great stay

room was clean and updated. the property was well maintained. this was a great location and was very easy to take public transportation or just walk.
I really don't care for the offsite check-in. it ultimately wasn't a big deal but there has to be an automated way to check in if you don't have some type of reception area.
