Location one block from waterfront excellent
Breakfast hot items wait time to bring out to buffet due to staff shortage, front desk receptionist covering front desk and breakfast buffet , would of been better had there been additional staff at least to cover breakfast hours , also inadequate space tables to sit at during weekend when hotel full

Check in went smoothly and we got upgraded to a room with a bigger bed for free, which was appreciated. We went for a nice walk down to the waterfront, which was close by.
Unfortunately we didn't have a view of the lake from our room, but the room itself was comfy and clean.

We have stayed here 3 times now. Great location.
Room could have been cleaner. The room needs a good vacuuming and cleaning to be rated clean. There was dog hair and crumbs under the 'desk' under the TV and there was something sticky on the top of the fridge table top.The breakfast in the past was much much better. There were no eggs this morning. The day before there was no bacon or sausage, not sure which because there was none.
Disappointed in the breakfast this time. :( Room could have been cleaner overall.

"Great hotel. Very comfy beds!! Parking can be a bit of a problem. Stayed at this hotel to go to Casino Rama. Just get an Uber!"
