Facilities clean and modern
The linens on the bed makes a lot of noise when you are under the covers. Similar to the sound of news paper or dried leaves. Waking us up every time one of us move or pull the covers. I've never experienced this before. Very annoying

It was clean, well appointed in the rooms. We were a group of 10, so we really appreciated the use of the breakfast room to gather and bring our own food. The outside patio was another great space to visit.
Breakfast the first morning, a disappointment as most everything (hot) was cold. Second morning much better. It would have been nice to have hot coffee/ water, milk, cream available during the day/evening hours as we gathered in the breakfast room. Fridge was locked and receptionist could not get into the kitchen to refresh the coffee or hot water.

Overall it was pretty clean
We stayed 4 nights and half way through I asked for the room to be cleaned. It was not cleaned. Only two garbage bags were taken out and clean towels provided. Nothing was cleaned or replaced that we needed and we were gone over 12 hours on the day we requested the room to be cleaned. So plenty of time to clean the room.
