Localização e pequeno almoço.
Precisa de remodelação em várias coisas nomeadamente o jacuzzi.

A simpatia dos funcionários.
A localização a nível geral não era excelente como descrita. As termas eram a 1h do caminho e as cascatas que demonstra nas fotos de visão geral do hotel, não tem qualquer proximidade geográfica.

De locatie was prachtig maar het hotel was erg verouderd en was dringend aan opfrissing toe zowel van de accommodatie als van het personeel. Oude dame regelde alles , de receptie , de keuken , de refter ( restaurant) enz. Ze was vriendelijk maar
kordaat. Er werd ook geen gebruik gemaakt van het terras dat uitzicht gaf op de Douro en de bergen . De gordijnen bleven toe in het restaurant en er waren geen parasols voorzien .
Het ontbijt en diner was zeer gewoon en pover.
De verouderde accommodatie op een prachtige locatie . Op de foto's zag het er super uit . We voelde ons in een doorleefd rustoord. Spijtig, want de locatie heeft zeer veel mogelijkheden.
