On the one hand, the apartment is located close to the center of town, while on the other hand, the apartment is situated in a peaceful location near the sea. Only 400m away (approximately 5 minutes walk), there is an incredible gift of nature, a beautiful, large, sandy beach. This is most famous beach in Medulin and one of the most famous in all Istria. Name of the beach is 'Bijeca' and extends a mile along the coast. The beach is sandy with a nice entrance to the sea which is suitable for children and older people. Young people will be attracted with beach volleyball, and children will be entertained for hours on the water slide and in the water park. Above the sandy beach you can find a place in the shade of trees so you can spend the whole day in relaxation. For this reason, this apartment is especially recommended for families with children. Also, this is an ideal location for those who want an active vacation (walking, jogging, biking, etc.). Nearby there are many kilometers of beautiful seafront promenade for your pleasant recreation. Only 500m ( approximately 10 minutes walk) from the apartment is a city center with a waterfront promenade, harbour with boats, and lots of restaurants, coffee bars, disco, pizzeria, bakery, shopping center, bus station, and a lot of fun 24 hours a day. 1000 m from apartment, (20 minutes walk), you find Vizula, peninsula in the heart of Medulin and its green oasis, is an exceptionally significant archaeological site. On the southern and southwestern side of the peninsula stretches the site of the luxurious ancient villa, thought to have been the villa of Emperor Constantine the Great (280 - 337). The Roman complex at Vižula was built from the period of Emperor Augustus to that of Emperor Constantine the Great (1st - 4th century) There you can see the remains of areas for everyday life, promenades, as well as thermal complex, areas with mosaic floors, remains of wall frescoes, capitals, columns, marble walls and floors, architectural decorations, bronze, glass and ceramic objects. Beside the preserved remains of the ancient villa, information boards have been set up along the promenade on the peninsula, telling the story of everyday life of the Romans in the ancient villas – information on entertainment, fishing, olive oil production, etc. For those who like to explore and visit the historical monuments in the vicinity is the town of Pula (10 km) with the famous Roman amphitheater - Arena, the Temple of Augustus, and countless historical sights. Also, in the vicinity (15km) is the national park 'Brijuni', and a nature park 'Kamenjak'. If you want to visit Pula, historical monuments and the Roman amphitheater of Pula, without a car, there is a regular city bus (Medulin - Pula) which runs all day, but also, a taxi is always available. Lieber Ronald ! Vielen Dank für den Urlaub . Die Wohnung war tadellos. Die Klima Anlage war super . Schön wäre eine Klima Anlage noch im Schlafzimmer , wenn sowas geht. Unser Sohn hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt . Wir konnten rund herum entspannen. Strand , Restaurant um die Ecke ( war total lecker !!!) konnte man alles gut erreichen . Zum Hafen war es auch nicht weit. Spielplätze waren auch gut zu erreichen . Vielen Dank

Der Vermieter Ronald war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt, eine kurze Info an Ronald und am selben Abend kam er mit einer neuen.👍
Die Kommunikation ging zwar nur auf Englisch, aber mit Übersetzter lief alles super.
Die Lage zum Kies und Sandstrand ist perfekt. Aber Vorsicht das Restaurant an der Straßenecke zur FeWo ist schlecht und viel zu teuer. Medulin ist eine Reise, vor bundesweiten Ferienbeginn wert.

Super Wohnung mit guten Lage
Die Wohnung war im Großen und Ganzen super! Die Lage war genau richtig, nicht weit zum Meer, nicht weit zur Stadt aber trotzdem eine ruhige Lage. Man konnte alles innerhalb von 10 min erreichen. Die Zimmer waren alle sauber.
Küchengeräte sind nicht die neuesten, sollten vielleicht erneuert werden aber trotzdem ist man damit ausgekommen. Besteck und Geschirr ist für 4 Personen ausreichend, reist man mit mehreren kann es jedoch knapp werden.
Balkon war groß, mit einer Markise die für Schatten gesorgt hat. Klima musste selten angemacht werden obwohl es über 25 Grad draußen waren, weil die Wohnung gut kalt gehalten hat. Der Besitzer konnte ohne Probleme über WhatsApp erreicht werden.
Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen und würden auf alle Fälle wieder dort hin fahren.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Medulin
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und entspricht optisch den zur Verfügung stehenden Fotos. Die Kommunikation mit Ronald war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns schon der Vater des Vermieters mit dem Schlüssel. Allerdings war es zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts im August sehr heiß, so dass die Kinder nicht wie geplant auf der kleinen Galerie schlafen konnten, sondern unten auf dem Ausziehsofa vor der Klimaanlage schliefen. Mein Mann und ich übernachteten im Elternschlafzimmer und auch hier war es ohne Klimaanlage extrem heiß. Die Wohnung ist somit in der besonders heißen Saison besser zu zweit zu nutzen und mit Kindern eher außerhalb von Juli und August. Wir hatten dennoch einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren she zufrieden mit unserm Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Ronald war super nett und hat uns bei Fragen weitergeholfen. Super war auch, dass sein Papa uns die Schlüssel in der Nacht übergeben konnte (was nicht selbstverständlich ist). Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Meer ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Da wir außerhalb der Saison verreist sind, war nicht so viel los und somit hatten wir immer einen Platz am Strand gefunden. Gerne empfehlen wir die Wohnung und Medulin weiter

Nettes kleines Apartment
Von Seiten Vermieter alles okay, leider sind die Nachbarn etwas laut und der Weg zum Strand etwas nervig. Alles in allem okay, Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und Kleinigkeiten zu reparieren (Dunstabzugshaube, Rolladen, Abfluss).

das Appartment Kristina ist ok, wir haben nichts vermisst. Besteck und Geschirr würden wohl für 4 PErsonen knapp werden. Dusche ist soweit in Ordnung, Wasser fließt zwar langsam ab aber störend es ist nicht.
Strand ist in 400m, na ja, wenn man eine Abkürzung nimmt. Über den normalen Weg es ist schon etwas weiter. Der Sandstrand war allerdings durch Algen und Quallen sehr verschmutz. DIe Schwimmzone ist sehr gut für Kinder geeignet, wenn man allerdings schwimmen möchte, muss man sehr lange gehen (zu flach). Sonst war es ein toller Urlaub.

Unterkunft
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man kann alles zu Fuß sehr gut erreichen. Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz oben im Haus, was wichtig wäre, das in die Objektbeschreibung hinzuzufügen, falls jemand nicht gut zu Fuß ist. Leider keine Halterung der Duschbrause im Bad, wenig Wasserdruck und das Wasser läuft schlecht ab. Vielleicht die Rohre mal reinigen. Ansonsten hat alles super geklappt, sehr freundlicher Empfang und flexibel der An- und Abreisezeit! Sehr schön 👍🏻😊

Dusche geht gar nicht (eigenen Duschkopf kaufen müssen wobei es keine Dusch kopfbefestigung gab.
Handtücher uralt, Geschirr und Besteck Uhralt , Gasofen nicht voll funktionstüchtig, usw.....ach ja Nachbarn sehr laut.....
Also nicht empfehlenswert.....
Für den Preis überteuert.....

Familienurlaub mit 2 Hunden
Wir warwn fur 2 Wochen hier. Die Wohnung liegt im dritzen Stock, ist vielleicht wichtig für den ein oder anderen. Für uns war die Lage perfekt, kleiner Park vor der Tür. Mit Hunden also super. Zur Strandpromenade sind es ca 5min zu Fuß (wenn überhaupt) und zum erlaubten Hunde bade Platz (Strand mochte ich ea nicht nennen) ca8 min. Zum mini Hafen ist man in 5min gelaufen, hier Befinden sivh am Wasser vueke Bars und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es war alles super sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben jeden Tag auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt. Betten waren ok, Waschmaschine ist vorhanden auch ein Wäscheständer, super mit Hunden. Klima war oft im Einsatz, da es richtig heiß war. So war es super angenehm. Wie schon erwähnt wurde in anderen Beiträgen, muss man den Duschkopf selbst halten. Ich persönlich finde dies nicht dramatisch. Warm Wasser reichte locker für 3 lang Duscher. Check-In und out war super einfach und ganz unproblematisch. Elio hat uns alles toll erklärt und das sogar auf Deutsch, auch Ronald hat sich vergewissert ob alles geklappt hat . Wir kommen gerne wieder

Bell'appartamento, comodo e attrezzato, pulito e ordinato. In quattro con un cane piccolo taglia siamo stati benissimo.

Das Objekt befindet sich in perfekter Lage. Sehr leise keine Störgeräusche. Alles was man zum Leben brauch befindet sich in der Nähe (Restaurant,Weinshops,Souvenirs,Bäcker,Strand)echt alles was man brauch. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Den Kindern hat es auch sehr gefallen.

MEDULIN ist ein sehr schöner Badeort, Wohnung war in Ordnung.
Wir haben 3 schöne Wochen in der Vorsaison in Medulin verbracht. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und es ist eigentlich alles da was man benötigt. Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Klimaanlage, Sat-TV, Internet, Herd mit Backofen, etc.

Erholsame, schöne 14 Tage
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Das Apartment ist hübsch und zweckdienlich eingerichtet, war sauber und man hatte alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Es liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum aber man hat, ausser dem Konzum am Hafen, in 5 Min Gehzeit 2 kleine Märkte und eine Bäckerei. In 7 Min. ist man am Meer und in15 Min. am Sandstrand und Promenade. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein gutes Restaurant und Gemüsestand. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einziges Manko wir hatten nur einen Schlüssel.
