Great location! Very clean with comfortable bed linens.
Breakfast eating area was too small for the number of people. The food was good though.

Location: I visited Truro with my wife to see the tidal bore on the Salmon River as part of a holiday in Nova Scotia. The hotel was within a mile from the Funday Discovery Site, a perfect location to watch the tidal bore.
Hotel Room: The spacious room was perfect for our needs. Comfy king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, sofa, plenty of desk space ... etc. Everything was spotlessly clean and good VFM.
Hotel Breakfast: We slept in because the room/bed was so comfy and actually missed breakfast! Therefore, I can't comment on the breakfast offering. However, I did observe that the breakfast area is quite small so could get quite busy at key times. There are lots of restaurants near the hotel on Robie Street if you want to dine out.
Hotel Reception: Extremely friendly and efficient. I had initially made an error by booking the wrong date for my stay but this was dealt with quickly and without fuss over the phone by Kate who was on duty that day. Thank you Kate. Andy, who was on reception on the day of our arrival, was equally friendly and helpful.
OK, so not the most picturesque of locations sandwiched between a fairly busy road and a VW dealership, On the day we stayed, there were active construction works near the main entrance which were a little unsightly. But this is sign that the hotel is investing in improvements, which is good. Ultimately, none of this distracted from what was a very comfortable stay.

No one told us it was under construction. Definitely over priced
