Staff were excellent. Room was tidy and clean. Liked the small kitchen area but a waste for just an overnight stay.
The sink stopper was stuck in the sink:
After I filled the sink with water, I could not get the water out because of the stopper was stuck in there. Took me over 20 minutes to pop it open to allow my water to drain!!

I didn’t like the fact when staff member sent a text asking about how our room was etc I sent a video of a silverfish bug on the floor of the bathroom and had no response.

The staff were lovely, humorous and very accommodating for each request, even apologizing for various things. Everyone was very kind.
- At one point both elevators were down resulting in us carrying our luggage for 3 flights of stairs.
- The pool water temperature was cold and too chlorinated, and we had to ask for more towels to be brought in as there were none left. The water was not enjoyable.
- the room was overpriced, even for a long weekend
