Very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice AC unit.
Space is small but that's just a limitation of the unit. Shared kitchen would benefit from more tidying up/upkeep after guests as some guests don't clean up after themselves.

We liked that we were able to get accommodations at a more reasonable price than hotels and the location as we were close to downtown.
Could have been cleaner. Looked like the floor in the bedroom hadn't been swept in a long time especially under the beds. Could have also used face cloths. It was our first time experiencing this type of accommodations so we were not sure what to expect.
