When the room we stayed the first night didn't work for us , it was no problem to get a different more suitable room, it was also no problem to extend our stay one more night.. I liked that it was a very spacious room.. Breakfast had a good variety of choices.
The bathroom facilities and carpet are outdated and could use some update

Location
The pool and hot tub were closed. But, it looks like they will not be repairing. They need to update their website to advise. We would not have booked if we knew the pool and hot tub were unavailable. Also, the croissants, bagels and bread were stale at the continental breakfast. We went elsewhere for breakfast.

Good price. Clean.
Dated. Check in frustration - room wasn’t ready at check in time (despite my notifying property that I would be arriving at check in time). Was told I’d get a call when it was ready - never happened. Room still wasn’t ready almost an hour after check in time. New front desk staff seemed to know nothing about calling me.
