Hotel needs to be upgraded on the 3rd floor. The rugs were a tripping hazard and not clean … also the soap dispensers in the shower should be wiped down lots of soap scum/ dirt

That there was no information about the holding fee if it was paid by debit instead of credit card that it would take a lot longer to come back.
In the pool, there was a guy playing his own music, which I found very loud as pools are already loud. Which I understand was not the hotel’s fault I thought it was just very disrespectful of the other guest.
And last thing is, we were a bit disappointed with the breakfast buffet, the food could’ve been a little bit more enjoyable we found things were very cold and empty and not much choice.

The pool and hot tub were spectacular. It was so beautiful and quiet ...but it closes between 1-2 for cleaning...weird.
The staff both on the day we checked in and the second day of our stay said we could eat at the on site restaurant, but the first night it wasn't even open then the second night there was no chef that day so they only served alcohol.
