Oh and a $100 room deposit which I don’t believe has been credited so I’m probably going to have to contact my bank and dispute that….

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in

this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. the check in time is so long, even only has two guest waiting. the room is so freaking disgusting the room has smoking and cannabis smell. the Wi-Fi is almost no signal. I never successfully connected. I checked out in an hour because I need time to make another reservation for another hotel. after I booked another hotel I checked out immediately. this is my fault I didn’t see the reviews while I made reservations. in my rest of life I will check reviews while I’m booking hotel

The rooms are so dirty, there are burned marks all over the room the ledges, and the blanket had holes all throughout. the pool was not even available, the breakfast was only coffee and juice. The smell of the entire hotel was horrible it smelled moldy and old and mildew. The carpet in the room was dirty, there were dead bugs all over the floor, bathtub, wall, and in the bed. There was dried blood on the sheets. This place is the most horrible place in the world. Gives Days INN a bad name. I remember when I was little all we stayed in was days inn and best western. Please do not waste your time here. I saw 10 people check in and turn around and leave.

Rooms were dirty bed was uncomfortable in the website said that they served breakfast but they had no breakfast served they only had juice and coffee the service was really bad I will never go back there

there was so much dust under bed and in room had me and my kids coughing. room smelled like cigarettes even though I don’t smoke. lots of people hanging out at night makes u feel comfortable walking to your car. but staff are great

1st room had no heat, no working TV, no phone to call desk and a dirty garbage can. Stair case leading up to room smelled of urine.

it’s gross and dirty, our hotel room was barely cleaned, bathroom was nasty. you get two dinky pillows per double bed and they “have no extra” pools closed because of “Covid” but everything else is back up and running in the area. I bet with how badly this property is managed, the pools closed because they don’t want to maintain it like the rest of the facility. we left early. booking says we were supposed to give our deposit as cash, but he took it on our card, and we haven’t gotten it back, even though it clearly states here that our deposit should be given back in cash, in full and as we check out. It’s clearly a drug hotel, you can hear people yelling outside your door at night, and most of the people who were staging there were shady people. our hotel room looked nothing like the listing ontop of everything else. drawers were broken and missing, our light was broken and flashing.

The hotel was the worst and the most unprofessional I have ever stayed in! Stepping into the lobby I felt like I'm stepping into a shelter not a hotel, people sleeping on the floor of the lobby! As soon as you open the door of the hotel you're hit with a smell that makes you gag! Our first room the TV was on and no remote to turn it off in the room! The microwave had 2 boxes of food in it.. One of the lights doesn't turn on and the phone doesn't work! Our second room was unclean copwebs on the ceiling, the bathroom vent clogged with dirt like it was never cleaned since it was installed, the hand soap dispenser was hardly working I had to buy my own soap.. not one dispenser were work properly! I was in a nonsmoking room but the bedding had cigarette burns on it as well as the bathtub. The curtains were dirty. Top all of that with someone vacuuming on the top of you head at 10:40PM waking you up!! The pillows were a throw pillow (way to small that you fall off of it while sleep) so good luck trying to sleep all night! The room was very dim because each shad had only one bulb working, or only one bulb period! And not one light shad were not cracked! Don't try to sit on the couch it was so old that you fall to the middle if you try to sit on it! The carpet was sticky with dirt! First day, we had icy rain all day, and snow at night.. The parking lot didn't get Cleaned of the ice or the snow on the top of it... It was challenging to drive in and out of it or reach your car without your shoes gets completely wet from the miss in the parking lot! This is the worst ever.
