Breakfast basic but excellent! Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Something to write home about.
Slow lifts and door keys! But, I understand that they are busy upgrading and that definitely will change in the near future I hope.

Everything about my stay was great, and a big part of that was Malachi at the front desk. He was professional, welcoming, and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He’s a real asset to your team.
The door and lock on my room gave me trouble several times over the weekend, so it may need a look from maintenance. Malachi resolved it quickly and patiently each time, which made a big difference.
