This hotel should be checked throughly by a health inspector or better yet, SHUT DOWN.

There is not a single thing to like about this property. Do not and I repeat DO NOT stay at this hotel. It is sketchy, filthy and the manager is a horrible man. They would rather their guests feel unsafe then refund their money so they CAN feel safe. They twist your words. Horrible hotel and horrible environment.

EVERYTHING. DO NOT STAY HERE!! FILTHY, SKETCHY, and police always present. There is not a single thing to like about this property. Do not and I repeat DO NOT stay at this hotel. Not happy with stay. Will probably never stay there again unless we hear the hotel has been renovated.

Sheets were old and discoloured. Poor maintenance, sink chipped, air conditioner real loud (had to turn it off to hear the tv), lamp on night stand didn’t work, entrance light didn’t work.

Have stayed there 5 or 6 times and would stay there again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Have stayed here many times. Always friendly staff and great value.

Room was not cleaned 1 day. Had to ask for toilet paper. Not a big deal, just inconveinent.

Customer service and cleanliness needs improvement

The location.

Staff didn't greet us, just asked which room we were in. Once we informed the associate that we were checking in he stayed on the phone for a personal conversation and made us wait for check-in. We booked two rooms which apparantly didn't show to them, so instead of looking at my reservations or really communicating with me at all he called someone to confirm...of course didn't speak English because we could understand that. Bed was dirty, crumps on the mattress hair etc. When leaving I was told that the employee has to check the rooms prior to me leaving eventhough I had already paid $250 at the beginning of my stay in case something happened. This has never happened to me before and I am frequently on the road and booking through booking.com so I have to say I am pretty disappointed by the experience.

Passable

low rates.

No bath mat or face clothes in the bathroom. Both mornings I had to ask for coffee pods because there weren't any. Had to get my key redone twice.

great location; poor cleanliness

the hotel is located on the 8 street and is walking distance from grocery shopping and other shops and restaurants. the bus station is also one minute walking distance

don’t stay here unless you bring your guard dog or bouncer husband lol

not much, I guess the room was clean

there were homeless people in the former doing drugs and propositioning me. the staff was not professional, had ear buds in. the halls smelled like pot. I didn’t feel safe in that neighbourhood at all.

Reasonable price. Good location.

Great location

Inattentive (forgetful?) cleaning staff. We asked for our room to be cleaned two days in a row and it didn’t happen.

The room was very clean & comfortable.

We had a problem with the heater. It was so hot for sleeping.

The staff were not friendly, the hotel smelled like smoke, rooms were dirty, blow dryer didn't work, TV remote didn't work and the tub didn't drain
