Hôtel confortable au calme

Excellent hôtel confortable et au calme malgré les travaux en cours. Accueil très chaleureux. Le personnel du petit déjeuner était très serviable . Le petit déjeuner était complet.Notre chambre était très spacieuse. Le spa en fonction a été très apprécié après des journées de randonnée.

Un classique très décevant

Cet endroit a une signification très importante pour nous, nous y allons assez souvent et c’est la première fois que nous sommes aussi déçu

Le chambre était au premier plancher et j’ai l’impression que nous avions une chambre démonstrative! Le lit était épouvantablement inconfortable, extrêmement dur et la literie très rude! Le foyer de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas et il faisait très froid, et nous avons voulu aller prendre un spa à l’extérieur, le filtreur ne fonctionnait pas, le spa était dans un état tellement sale que nous sommes sortie quand nous nous sommes rendu compte, il y a avec des objets qui flottait partout à l’intérieur c’était vraiment degueulasse, nous l’avons spécifié à la réception et il ont fermé la lumière extérieur pour signifier que c’était fermé pour la nuit et nous n’avons pas eu de nouvelles, bref pour 250$ la nuit ce fut extrêmement décevant !

The location was great and the bed was comfortable

The breakfast could be better and the staff on the desk were rude.Service was bad .The price very expensive compared to their service.

Way too expensive for what it is

The location is perfect - walking distance to everything. The room was big and quite pretty. Kitchen annex handy.

The mattress was very soft, water warm but not hot, shower pressure so little it was hard to wash your hair out of shampoo. The breakfast was disappointing - not a lot of choice, little space to enjoy the breakfast. When I asked for an additional blanket I was told to come to the reception to take it instead of staff bringing it to the room - this would be perfectly normal in a motel around a highway but I did not expect it in an elegant ski resort. In overall the stay was ok but WAY overpriced! For this price you expect everything to be perfect. Not good value for money.

Great Location!!

We had a wonderful stay at this spot, perfectly situated just a 2-minute walk from the village center. The staff's warmth and friendliness made us feel welcomed. With an array of summer activities in Mont Tremblant, the standout was the captivating Tonga Lumina laser light show in the jungle – an absolute must-see.

I was expecting more for the money we spent.

Suite was modern and fully equipped. Nice balcony and decent bedroom. Decent breakfast, but not enough eating space for guests.

During our 4 nights stay, our suite got cleaned only once despite not having the "Don't disturb" sign. There was only one set of toiletteri for our entire stay for the three of us. We didn't feel welcomed, not very friendly staff. The pool was small but cozy. I am surprised parking is available at a nightly fee. It's a given that guests are passengers with vehicles, so I find it unfair to pay for parking on top of the room.

Great location.

The location was great. Very easy to access all that Mount Tremblant has to offer - hiking, swimming (lake), biking and even summer skiing.

It was a nice stay, only thing i think they should invest on is better pillows.

Location was great, Rooms were super nice, big, clean and had all required appliances.

The pillows were not soft. and the breakfast in the morning was not extraordinary, they had good options but boiled eggs were ice cold.

Pleasant and peaceful stay

Stayed with my family. Excellent location, spacious and clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Covered paid parking is worth. Basic amenities available and breakfast is decent. Overall good experience.

Superb

Very hospitable staff and facility. Location was perfect, near the Cabriolet for a lift to the top of the village. Great value for a trip in the beginning of the popular summer season. Book it!

I overall liked the service and location.

It was not advertised on the website that parking is going to be paid that’s what I didn’t like. It was $20 for each night to park your car. Reservations says it is going to be a free parking which wasn’t.

Great place!

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Great Breakfast. Beautiful cosy hotel.

The pillows were very hard and too thick. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and old.

Very good location, but the parking needs improvement.

Great location. The kitchenette and dishwasher were nice. The outdoor hot tub was nice.

Parking was tight and not enough, and not good for larger vehicles, plus it was not free. In our 4 day, 3 night stay, no one came by to clean the room or take out the garbage. If we were supposed to ask for it, we were not informed about it. Also, the beds were too soft for our liking.

Sub Par Hotel Who Doesn't want to "Waste wood" by lighting their main fireplace in the lobby

The location was close to the ski hill. The room was adequate. Some of the daytime staff members were friendly.

They have a fireplace in the main room that was never burning. We stayed 3 nights and the first night, I asked a night time staff member if she could light it so we could sit on the couches and enjoy the fire. She said she didn't know how to light it and asked me to figure it out for myself. The last night, I asked a different staff member why it was always out and she said " We don't want to waste wood." She eventually lit it for us but it took a long debate and made it very awkward. Also the hot water wasn't functional in our bathroom sink. The breakfast was sub par with no fresh eggs or bacon or sausage, it was just a salad bar with a few boiled eggs and some pastries. The bed was uncomfortable and gave me back pain.

Superb

We used toaster in our room and it set the fire alarm off even though nothing burnt and cold water from tap is lukewarm so we could not drink it. I hoped there would have been healthier choices for breakfast like whole wheat bagels and healthier muffins.
