Room was very modern with beautiful furnishings. Bed was comfortable. Fantastic water view! Overall mode of room and hotel was excellent. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Miami!

I have nothing negative to say. Our visit was fantastic.

Great location from a lot of the hot spots in brickell. Beautiful hotel with a rooftop restaurant. Rooms are very spacious.

I did not care too much for the bathroom. Bathroom wasn't as clean as I would like it. Not sure if it were stains in the shower or not. Also, the cleaning lady for our room was such a cute old lady but she would literally ring the bell and then 30 seconds later, she would open the door. Imagine if we were doing adult things in the room. She gave no time for us to respond to her knock.

I like my room; the setup was excellent. I enjoyed my view of the pool as well as the waterway.

The dirty sliding and shower doors, so the view was obscured. I didn't like the bedding was soiled and no refrigerator.

The room was very spacious, views phenomenal. The walk over the bridge into Brickell was pretty easy except for the extreme heat. The pool and pool deck was great with perfect views of the city and river.

Getting an Uber was very difficult because of traffic and the driveway is way too small for the amount of cars coming in and out.

I had an unexpected overnight due to flight issues to Colombia. I chose this hotel because of its great reviews. It was just what I had hoped for - lovely room, excellent staff, great location very close to Whole Foods, really good room service.

I had a very giggly next door neighbor and could hear a bit too much, but TV and earplugs solved that.

There was no cleaning at all, the rooms are very dirty, the under-bed cupboards are very dirty, I dropped the pen behind the cupboard under the TV, I opened it and I saw that it was in the garbage and filthy, I did not take my pen, I left it.

I loved how many activities were around! Loved the rooms, and staff!

Just a slight thing I didn’t like, but it won’t stop me from going again, there was some traffic before the entrance of the hotel.
