I truly enjoyed the exceptional service throughout my stay. From the valet team to check-in and check-out, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely professional. The staff listened to guests' needs and made me feel valued throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the extended checkout, which was a thoughtful gesture. The hospitality was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Every interaction reflected a high level of care and professionalism, making my stay both comfortable and memorable.
The only aspect that disappointed me was the lack of a dedicated spa within the hotel itself. As a luxury property, I expected a full-service Four Seasons spa on-site. While there is access to spa services through the affiliated Equinox facility, it felt more like a partnership than an integrated hotel amenity. In addition, the spa services ended relatively early in the evening, which limited flexibility for guests. Having a dedicated Four Seasons spa with extended hours would significantly enhance the overall guest experience and better align with the exceptional standard of service provided throughout the rest of the property.

Having the equinox for the hotel gym is amazing.
Good drinks/ cocktails in the bar
Their single restaurant areas serves as breakfast, lunch and dinner - they just change the name so you feel a little cheated. Food at Nuna was very bad. The pool area was very tired too. Mini bar never got replenished. Breakfast is very expensive for what it is. The lift broke down and we were stuck for a period of time. Concierge were really unhelpful.
Overall, not up the the four seasons status you would expect.
