Just - do not stay here.

Nothing!!

What an awful hotel! Over $300 per night during spring break for the worst, most spartan, bare bones room we’ve ever stayed in - a Sleep Inn at $90 per night is FAR nicer. No ice machine on the premises, no luggage rack - have to put our luggage on the cheap, fake wood floor, no pen or paper, horrible bed and awful bed linens, one washcloth for two people, and the most surly woman who I guess works at the front desk in between doing the laundry apparently. Totally uninviting “reception” area with no chairs or anything else - oh, except for a desk with a security guard - should we be worried about our safety? I could go on. Never again!!!

Not value for money but definitely a great location

The location is great next to everything in Brickell

The bathroom was dirty. I woke up at 8am and already that coffee machine was empty and I had to ask the receptionist for coffee. Also there was no water in the rooms on arrival.

The location is good. Ten minutes walking to a Metromover and near to good avenues that connect easily to Miami Beach and Key Biskayne

The staff were not friendly and the hotel is general is not clean. Also, you need to do all by yourself such as towels exchange, dishes etc.

The room was ok, it was bigger than what i was expecting, it had a fridge and a stove as well. Parking was super cheap and covenient.

Breakfast was not BREAKFAST, they had an "island" with coffee next to the reception. The bed and pillows were extremely unconfortable, the TV was almost diying, elevetor was always filthy

there is absolutely nothing to do around there! The coke machine did not work. The person on the desk called a local tax company to get us a cab and was quoted a price of $20. The driver made us pay $30!

Lovely staff. We were able to leave our luggage prior to check in. Comfortable room. Laundry facilities....bring your own washing powder. Great location for what we wanted to see and do.

Building/Road works outside the room meant we were woken at 7am by the noise.

Cannot write good things about this hotel, the staff working there just ruined it!

The staff working on reception was really rude und unfriendly to us! Before we left to the airport, came to pick up our luggage from storage room. We kindly ask to use a restroom, they told us they don’t have any for the guests from hotel. Than we ask them, if they can open maybe one room for us to quickly use the toilet, because was really urgent. They started talking Spanish between each other and started to be rude to us, and screaming that we cannot use any toilet there and if we discuss with them, they gonna call police. So they did! Had never ever experience like this! So rude and disrespectful staff working there! Don’t recommend that hotel at all!

I stayed for a while the security guards Said o couldn’t stand in the stairwell which I found weird I have kids and need

it’s a bit limited breakfast is only granola bars to go nothing really breakfast

stayed to go to a game at loan depot park. hotel was very close about a 10min drive.

good location easy to get to. there’s a Walgreens across the street and a Publix within walking distance. very clean hotel

got a little noisy at night with the cars racing up and down the street.

The Location was Awesome, and close to everything i needed to visit

The suite should have an Conventional Oven in the Kichen I was not able to wash my clothes

customers are not cattle and deserve some respect

I reserved and paid for a friend. At the check in, they did not care about the actual booking.com reservation under my friend’s name and said I had send my id and another confirmation. The check in front desk and the manager were very rude to my friend and did not care about reading the actual booking reservation. They almost sent them out of the hotel even if they had a writen and already paid reservation. Not professional. I am not sure the owner is aware of this kind of behaviour in his business.
