I really enjoyed my stay at Novotel Miami Brickell. The location was fantastic, with Brickell City Centre just a short walk away. The hotel has a beautiful modern design, but what stood out most was the wonderful customer service. The staff made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived and even allowed me to check in early. I was also welcomed with a lovely macaron, which was such a sweet touch and perfectly timed for my birthday trip. I absolutely loved the rooftop pool and the amazing views ,definitely one of the highlights of my stay for the first time in Miami. Coming from Australia

It was a beautiful property that was located in a safe neighborhood.
Ants, wait staff at the rooftop restaurant, and some of the front desk staff.
