The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The ice machines were not working on my floor, but the front desk staff took of that for me at my request. The building was modern and very clean. I really liked that the main lobby was not on the first floor away from the street.
If I had to make a complaint..it would be that the elevators were super busy while guests were trying to check out or travel to the ports. Some people, my party, had to carry our luggage down the stairs to ensure that we would be on time for our shuttle to the port.

My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and even assisted me with making copies of some needed paperwork for my cruise. The breakfast was very enjoyable and I had quite a few options to choose from and I was even given a free drink voucher for the bar.

Good location
The A/C sucked! We were sweating at night.
Place wasn’t super clean. We paid $450 a night for a suite and it was crammed for 5 people. Beds were horrible and pillows were thin as paper. Wouldn’t ever go to again.
