The property was upscale and clean. Staff was friendly and engaging at the front desk. The water and city view from our 2 bedroom balcony suite was fantastic! Kitchen was modern. We walked everywhere and lots of choices for restaurants and shopping. We did eat at Madison's on the first floor of the property and it was good.

Everything was good. The staff was really nice, the room was clean and comfortable. The gym was with all the necessary equipment.
Maybe just that there are a lot of construction sites around but is not the hotel fault.

The property was very nice. Conveniently located to shops that were in walking distance. The public train station was right across the street.
The air conditioning unit in the apartment was very loud at night. I asked the front desk if they ever had that complaint, she said no. I can guarantee people have complained about the noise. It was very hard to sleep. Adding 18% gratuity to room service is understandable but in the restaurant, thatâs terrible.
