Luxury rooms
Roofs tops need to be repainted white or brown , black baby blue so it won’t get to dirty looking down to the pool you see the dirty roofs

Room was spacious, comfortable beds, nice sheets, bathroom well appointed, clean, quiet, good aircon. Pool area downstairs is excellent - loads of loungers, massive pool and multiple communal hot tubs, good music. Had a great breakfast in the cafe downstairs. Airport shuttle was handy. Not bad value for money as well. Casino seems fun although I didn't gamble. Check in and out were quick and efficient.
Bars at the pool were very short staffed so you had to wait a long time (about 30 mins in one instance!) to order a drink. There's also very little shade around the pool and it can get boiling hot! My non-smoking room smelled of smoke which I HATE and despite me raising this with reception immediately after walking in the door, the staff were not wiling / able to move me. That said, they were polite and did arrange for an ozone machine to be put into the room for 1 hour while I was out. This did help but I could still smell some residual odour. I was not aware of needing to get a voucher for the airport shuttle until after I checked out and so I had a bit of a scramble to get one in time - it would have been be better if they had explained the system at check in.

Never made it to the pool but we had a view of it and did walk around it and it is nice. Also had a view of the golf area. The room was very nice and quiet. We also were impressed with the food options.
Maybe the hallway carpet needs an update but everything was very nice and decorated nicely. It also smells great in that hotel! The chandelier is gorgeous! The casino options are great!
