Excellent choice for staying near Delhi Airport

This hotel really keeps its promise. We'd been searching for a nice, clean, good-value place to stay near Delhi Airport and came across so many reviews that seemed untrustworthy... this one we found recommended on a travel blog and it was the perfect choice for us. The room was spotlessly clean, had a good size, a window towards the backyard, and was overall very comfortable. The location was great for us with Delhi Aerocity Metro Station in a walkable distance because we wanted to explore the city for three days before taking an early morning flight from Terminal 3. Walking to the metro station takes about 20 minutes along a busy road which is probably not for everyone but we did it every day and didn't feel uncomfortable. The trip into the centre of Delhi takes about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on where you want to go. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and street food stalls in the area and you can also order food at the hotel. The buffet breakfast is delicious and caters for both Western and Asian tastes with sandwiches, toast, tea, coffee, Poha, Sabji Poori, and fresh fruits. The services we used, like laundry service and airport shuttle, were very good and reliable. Staff is very helpful and polite. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a high quality yet affordable stay near Delhi Airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Could have been cleaner We arranged pick up from the airport for my parents. We paid but pick up didn't work out. I guess the driver left before my parents came out from the airport.

Value for Money

The room was neat and tidy. It totally met my expectations for a comfortable stay after a long tour. The hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative. Especially receptionist Rajesh helped in making arrangements up to the mark. It's hardly 2km from Delhi Aerocity metro station easing connectivity to Delhi as well. I didn't opt for breakfast in package but their masala omelette was good. The overall stay was pleasant and relaxing. A perfect hotel near IGI airport.

Arrived the hotel at around midnight and room service still arrange dinner for us. That was a very nice gesture from the staff as the restaurant was closed

Jet spray in the toilet was leaking and the flush was not working. Informed the staff about it , but it was not done. Bed sheet were little dirty.

Location was convenient. Ambience mall is nearby and Airport is also within 5 km. Breakfast was ok. Nice view of the Airport from terrace.

We booked an executive room. Facilities in the room can be improved. For example, there was no hair dryer and no iron. The sofa chairs in the room were dirty so they replaced them and dirt was sticking around A/C vents too. They said A/C is not being used frequently due to colder weather conditions but I was not satisfied with their answer.

Hotel Delhi Aerocity which is NOT in Aerocity.

Staff were good and helpful. They had helped deliver our luggage from lobby to room and room to taxi. Staff behaviour was good. Room was spacious. Room service was good , I asked for water bottle and it was quick. Hotel has the taxi for airport for $300, which is good deal. Hotel is 20 min away from international airport.

Each member was asked the passport. The hotel staff didn't take voter ID. The hand towel were not present in bathroom. The bath towel was not clean and was worn out. Only one bath towel was in room. We requested one more clean towel, two towel was not provided, looks like they didn't had good towel. The room had water bottle but no disposable glass. The view from the window was not good, since location wasn't good. The name of hotel include Aerocity but the hotel is located in Mahipalpur. This added lots of confusion to taxi driver, Zomato driver and our meeting guest.

Nearby Location to T3 and road, you don't have to spend much time to find it

no bath towels no hooks for clothes no hangers for clothes in wardrobe expensive food the checkout staff said they cant return back change of of Rs.600 from a Rs.2000 note, which became a hassale
