Exceptional

Easy to get too, rooms where clean, and beds were comfy! Added bonus was breakfast and a lounge!

Parking area was a little tight but other then that I can't say anything bad!

A good stay

The staff are friendly it was close to some good restaurants easy to get to off the highway. The beds are soft and comfortable. Nice that there is a restaurant at the property.

The only negative I would say is that the pool was out of order at the time.

For the expense and not getting at least discount for the issues it was not worth the stay there.

Small and clean. Staff were pleasant just not above or beyond with service.

I had to move rooms which was an inconvience when settled in and had been working. The window won't close and the heating system was not working as it was too hot in the room. Noisy and light sleeper if having to use the air conditioning when not needed.

Was in a good little area of town staff was great comfortable stay with breakfast to boot

Breakfast was awesome the staff was very helpful at the breakfast bar

The stairwell was a death trap for little kids And the should be more privacy on balconies Outside between rooms

Disappointing

I wish I would have known about the pool or hot tub not being available prior to check in. The mattresses need to be definitely changed over it would have been nice to have shampoo in our room the lady that worked downstairs in the breakfast area was wonderful.

Great deal for the huge room. Excellent breakfast ..

Bed a little too hard. No shelf in shower to put your shampoo/soap etc. Very cheap shower head for a deluxe room. . Need more coffee in the room.

Disappointing

The elevator was out of order, when we had to get our room keys reactivated twice because they didnt work, when we got to the room there was garbage from the previous guests on the floor.

The bed was very comfortable. I liked having lemon water available in the lobby. The ham and eggs and hashbrowns were good on Sunday morning.

The elevator was broke down both days I was there. Had to carry suitcases up to second floor. These things do happen. But.... No staff offered to help ladies to carry suitcases up stairs! I think that should have been offered. The room I had booked originally was two queen beds. They were not available when I got to the hotel. Ended up with a king bed and I had a friend with me. We wanted separate beds like I had booked. When I asked an employee downstairs at the desk, if I could have a blow dryer, and I didn't say it rudely, she said, "Well you didn't look because they are in the closet!! ". It was not a professional, kind response to a customer. We hunted again after that and there was not a blow dryer in our room.

Good hotel

The room we stayed in was large and clean. Staff helpful and polite. Room with the exception of the air conditioner was quiet.

Hotel is slightly dated noisy A/C unit.

Superb

It was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. The hotel mostly met what needed for my short stay.

that there were no blowdryer and the outlet in the washroom didn’t work.

Passable

The breakfast was ok, but the was no hot chocolate for the kids, the next morning there were no apple juice. Thats what we can tell for the breakfast.

The room were too small, the bathroom door was hard to close making a lot of noise, even the room.door was hard to open. The air-conditioning were too close to the bed.
