Breakfasts very good and with good selection. Parking good as I was generally able to park right outside the room or at least near it. Unlike a previous experience, the other room-occupants were well behaved and generally not even noticeable except at breakfast (and in a good way).
Heater either too hot or too cool, but with few exceptions that’s typical of heaters or air conditioning units in rooms I’ve stayed in over a 50-year experience of travelling. I did not even attempt to connect the WiFi due to the non-secure nature of the environment, but that’s also very consistent with past travel in the high-tech years.

Comfortable queen bed with 4 puffy pillows; large absorbent towels. Had a love seat (hideabed) that was comfortable to sit on (instead of the bed!). Desk and chair were a really nice work station. Mini fridge was quiet; microwave available with frozen dinners in the lobby. Quiet, clean, and a luggage rack, hair dryer. Comp breakfast included omellets sausage, hashbrowns, assorted breads/muffins, waffles--very good. Within walking distance of pub/Boston Pizza. Lots of parking. Would stay again.

Breakfast food was good,
Location was good too,
The breakfast area and the room were clean
The staff at the front desk wasn't nice, not even a Hello or Goodbye,
A staff member was friendly but in everybody's business during the whole breakfast, not nice at all, not my thing. Even telling me what to do, I definitely didn't like it.
The hallway was really dirty.
