Guest staff is the peak point. They are not only friendly and attentive but also proactive and concerned about your stay. We really enjoyed our stay. The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. Recommend!
We booked a room with a specific separation between the bedroom and the living room, but the door latch was broken. We lost a bit of privacy, which was part of the original plan. But it works out at the end. The pool had some dirt at the bottom, just a heads-up.

Amazing front desk staff. Very helpful - went above and beyond when dealing with an issue I had. Beds very comfortable. Nice TV - when it was working. Good A/C.
First room the tub fixtures were scaled over and ugly. Shower knob was so encrusted I couldn't get it to work. TV did not work on two of the three nights I was there - kept saying "weak or scrambled connection". Never did get any websites to load via wifi - ended up just using my data. First fridge was heavily frosted over and could not cool. They did move me to an upgraded room which solved these issues.
