Location is good to go visit the historical area which is within walking distance Nearby there is a street with a little market, local shops and cafe that has a nice neighborhood feel.
We stayed during a time where there is a building in construction across the street so it was not as quiet as we expected.
There is no staff on site, the reception is remote reached by phone or email; while the persons answering are very nice and responsive it is not the same as having some onsite ready to help.
The stairs to get to our third floor are steep, so travelers need to be able to carry their suitcases themselves.

Instructions on accessing the Hotel and room, check -in is virtual no problem. Parking is easy. Very quiet. Close to everything. Decor a 10 plus. They have All the amenities you need . They have renovated to offer the Commodities of today while apreserving yesterday Very clean and comfortable bed. Recommend highly.
The t..v. was not working. No big deal for us as we were spending one night. However, if we would have spent a few days it would perhaps become an issue.. We advised housekeeping.

It was a cozy and clean hotel room located very close to where we were walking to for the FEQ festival.
Parking could be better but it still was pretty decent.

Location
It’s worn out inside. Very dated. Noisy . Walls must be thin. We were beside the stairs and heard people very easily walking and talking while using the stairs . We never got into our room until 4:30. That’s to late when your travelling . Why can’t there be at least one staff member to speak with .
